Here's the experience of a first time player.
Game freezes on sleeping unless autosave on sleep is turned off.
At some point, possibly related to turning on cheat mode, sleeping fails to work at all ... time won't advance and you're perpetually growing exhausted.
Game is almost unplayable for a first time player at default/medium difficulty without the bonus $30k starting cash, and even then can be difficult due to build up of stress, no companionship, low skills and super-grindy for skill gain, etc. The starting cash of just $100 is absurd unless you're deliberately seeking a mindbreak, slavery, degradation, bad end outcome.
Here are some tips to improve the experience of other first time players.
Start at the easy, or maybe easiest "fap", mode and with the extra $30k. Start with any bonus clothing or any other bonuses available, but without activating cheat mode (which appears to break the game in various ways).
Start with good communication, organization, and problem solving skills, as well as possibly cleaning. Don't worry about the sexy stuff because that can come from tfs in game.
Don't drink tapwater.
Swimming is your friend for stress. There are lakes/parks to the NW and SE for this.
Get comfy furniture for stress relief too.
Don't go the pregnancy or lactation routes until you're already well established because these are a big headache. Late pregnancy in particular eliminates masturbation chances which impedes stress relief. Without stress relief you can't manage all the other stuff.
Companionship is super important but you're constantly getting rejected so I'm not sure how you're supposed to fix that.
Sex is nothing but rubbing bodies until you've done it dozens of times to gain skill in it. (Weird for a sex game )

Honestly I get off eaiser to written stuff, I played COC without images enabled lol. I've thought about this gap with a lot of porn games either being heavy narratively and light visually, or heavy visually with light narrative. VN's a clear exception. My guess is that since their tend to be two modes of thinking, narrative and visual, most people fall into those two catagories of preference rather than between. Most people utilze both but tend towards one more than the other, and as a heavily visual thinker conceptualizing the images in my mind tends to be more appealing than most CGI work and (less so) drawn stuff

I agree on this, in my own opinion TiTs and CoC are probably two of my favorite games but I do admit I also get turned on by visuals like DiK or ToN however in these two cases sometimes the girls just have too flawless skin and it's even so shiny so that it looks plastic which can become a turnoff for me. We also all have personal preferences that affect how we feel about a scene and most often I'd say the written scenes can be a lot more varied compared to the visual one's because of the work involved.
With that said there are appeals to both visual and written sexual content, the overall advantage is that oh you think red heads are to die for then imagine red heads while reading the text, while with a visual one your pretty stuck with what you get. On the other hand the visuals might be way above what you could imagine.
The latest build I am running into a problem where I always sleep for 20 hours. Could be a problem with cheat mode not working right. Anyway, my recommendation for those who want to play this game is to find a 1.0 build. That seemed to me like the most stable build that I've seen.
I have errors for all of the attraction stats for both male and female on the character review page in the prologue. Is there going to be problems associated with this?

Does anyone know how to work the NPC thing. I want to create characters and put them in the AW...but it just doesn't work. How do you work it?
Is it just me, or does the writing fall off a cliff after the intro?
It seems like so many of the jobs and sex descriptions were written by someone who has a very loose grasp of English? Very obvious in the Camgirl & Farmhand scenes.

Don't know if this is intentional, probably not but:
"This scene has been blocked due to your preferences."
When that happens you have only 1 of 2 options: Close the browser, or "view anyway."
Forcing a "view anyway" kinda defeats the purpose of a content blocker, does it not?
Happens when you get kidnapped and tortured, and when a john wants to piss in your mouth.
Could it be changed to " 'load' or view anyway?" That way you don't have to ctrl+alt+del your browser or close and restart, but go straight to the load?

So, I gotta wonder... how the hell do I accumulate 14 brain damage without even having finished the prologue?
... and there's not even an encyclopedia entry for brain damage. And it's uncurable. And it leads to a bad end at 100.
I really want to like this game, but this is just a little too frustrating.

There is an entry for brain damage, although its more of a vague warning with no actual help tips.
Yeah, there's an info in the details screen.
Which leads me to the next thing, the details screen always shows 0% brain damage, even when I accumulate this shit to no end. And I don't even notice anything, the message immediately disappears. So I ended up playing the prologue without accumulating brain damage (as far as I know), and a week later I see the brain damage message for the first time (because of extreme arousal), and guess what, it says I accumulated 18 brain damage.
I mean, seriously, this is the most frustrating aspect of this entire game. The other statuses and effects are logical, it's possible to keep track of them and all, but brain damage? No chance.
Not even the fucking cheat menu helps, because brain damage is about the only thing that cannot be changed with cheats.
... argh.

Oh, and the info note itself is less than useless, because all it says is to avoid bimbo score gain. Well, guess what, I have a bimbo score of ONE, but still 18 brain damage.

At the very least there should be an option to get a brain scan and get the exact value at the hospital.

Hence why I said 'with no help tips', the game does fuck all to actually reverse or help against recieving mental effects like that, even after having sex or alleviating high arousal the brain damage still sticks around no matter how much time passes. Honestly, it makes no sense.

Is there a wiki or anything? Would love to see what the fetishes/events associated with each jobs are, but I don't want to have to make a new save or change my job all the time to do that.

There are only a few one-liners and reactions in sex scenes that cover maybe 4 of the kinks (preg, risky, rape are the most common ones). There are very few (if any actually...) scenes or events that only play when you have those.
AW 1.0 gentlemen, feature complete.
This never seems to actually load. The loading bar never moves, or is even active from what I can see. Tried on the latest version of Chrome.
a) The window and tab have to be active. don't know why, but cannot multitask the loading process
b) the install got messed up, make sure the data files are placed correctly. html file should be in game directory with mods in mod folder, everything else in resources.

I used firefox (actually waterfox) which is supposedly not supported but it worked like a charm.
and I'm using a 10+ year old potato laptop BTW
but yeah, check first to see if the files are in the right place
