Sorry if this is silly question, The extra file say's to do a merge... To me this is a "valid thing" and is done by doing a "copy file1 file2 >merged_file" or "diff -D NEWSTUFF file1 file2 > merged_file"... Or does it just mean to "drop" the extras over the "old" files?

Put extras.rpa in the game folder and you're good to go.

Batch rendering really shows in this update. How many images and animations did you manage to squeeze in @Dr PinkCake ?

Indeed! As well as optimized render protocol. 650 renders, 42 animations and I managed to render 101 of episode 1 renders in full HD while waiting for beta testing to come back. But the tool I love even more is the spot render tool. I did 12 images yesterday with 6 characters in an hour thanks to it.

Well, I played the whole thing again, and

I like it! the tension between "i wanna fuck them all" and my White-Knightness makes it very interesting. And Liam is of course a cool friend to have.
The Theaterscenes were cringy, it has to be said. To put the scene in single frames makes for very wooden acting.
As a fellow Impro-player I liked it being a part of this.
The writing is ok. Very good for a porn game, but as this is trying to tell an ongoing story, it can still get better. There are some points were I roll my exes and go "oh really"... And please, don't go to much on the soap side with Liams sickness, please.

Edit: I forgot to write how good the renders are. Really beautiful, which makes, sadly, the Theaterscenes even more weird.

Game is simply incredible. The quality and the choice of the music for certain scenes push it way up to top 3. You make us care about characters a lot for a "porn game" and that's not a easy feat. Of course, Megan is cute and I expect the more elaborate stuff with her to be in a couple updates. Till then, it's nice to make a few saves and keep a full gentleman route with her, and other saves where I can experiement, you know, to see the visuals and options.. For scientific reasons...

You are absolutely correct. It can get better and I absolutely try my best to improve daily. It is the first time I ever have written a novel and it is indeed a learning curve. To keep it 100% realistic and still have it an adult game...I don't think I can manage that; I frankly am not aiming for 100% realism as the story would be far less interesting. Hopefully by the end of the game you still appreciate the journey even though it will have its up and downs in the quality of the content. Cheers

I don't want to sound like a douche or anything, but damn, every female character in this game looks better than Megan. Feels really bad, because I like the setting and everything, but to me she's so off-putting that I intentionally make bad choices in order to slow down the progress of the relationship.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, as I haven't played through the entire game yet, but as it is right now to me it looks like Liam and Melissa may end up together. Which would suck, but eh, what can a man do. Just my 2 cents.

There is a very big and exiting place between porn game and realism. I do not look for realism, got this already in heaps in my life. But I like my stories to be believable, which is not the same as realistic. And my clichees only in tiny doses. You are doing good there, and maybe can do even better? Exactly what any relationship is doing to some guys. Oh i have this wonderfull girl with me but hey every other chick looks better then mine. Until you lost it then you start to realize that the girl you already had was damn fine as well.

Thats why this game is so good. But its to soon to tell im sure you can drop meghan later on for better or for worse.

I am not sure. In Theater I am trained to show, don't tell, so I look for the movement and the posture of my partners. So maybe it is the static in these scenes that irks me? And the Impro has too much telling - but you may not be able to do it differently, because of the Picture by Picture format.

It can well be that you got it already as good as it can be in that format.

Acting Lessons and Depraved Awakenings are the only games that I follow because of the story and not only because of porn. I really like your storytelling, especially since the various choices aren't meaningless and the way you build the characters is unique in this porn game scenario.
