Well, that was something.
When the Update for Acting lessons popped up, I was jazzed.
It's be a fun ride, good story, good animations.
Then I played 7, which started dark and just got darker, without reprieve.
I read the note about this being a mature game, without necessarily the porn meaning
But damn, there nothing positive to pull from this update,
just sadness and despair, I get enough of that elsewhere
and I turn to games like these as an escape....
If you haven't played this version yet, I'd recommend you don't.
Wait for the next update, so you can get a little light at the end of the tunnel.

The Dev keeps adding more and more shit to the table just for the sake of it. It's like three different games came together and gave birth to this Frankenstein's monster.

I couldn't agree more, the only other VN that got me this torqued was/is White Album 2. It's maddening! However I really do enjoy the stories. I think if an author can get a reader that worked up about something, they Must be doing something right!

I don't know how I feel about this story. I've lost people. If I ever found out that someone had killed people I love or loved, nothing on earth could stop me from making the world a better place by arranging a meeting between God and the killer. Now this is complicated by the fact that there is another person that is loved by the MC and needs the MC to be there for them. If the MC kills the psychotic bitch nurse then it will be real hard to be there for the rescued love. Society deserves the pound of flesh from the MC if he takes justice into his own hands. So for something about acting classes this has taken a turn into a really dark place and not only for the murder victim(s). So did Leah kill Liam's friend? Has she killed others? This story is further confused by the therapy, we don't really know where it fits in the timeline. Is the therapy a flash forward into the future or does it exist in the time in which we see it? My real problem is I can't decide to quit this story until I know how it ends. But if it ends thematically poorly, I will be pretty upset. So ya I agree, "torqued" is the right word. But the audience is getting torqued now and we don't know for certain that it's being done well, yet.
So ya I guess we have to wait and see and hope.I truly feel scammed by the earlier episodes....It just turn down too quick. AND I remember saying that this is the best game ever after episode 4 ...WTF or maybe I'm just care for the characters too much.

you know i think i didnt feel anything about the ending i mean i was already depressed that i wasnt able to save one girl and seeing how each ending of each update got more fucked up i guess in a way the whole episode was big fuck fest so the ending didnt really do anything for me and Leahs true motives was hinted at a couple updates ago still i didnt think she would be that obsessed and the dressing up as Megan didnt make sense since i favor Melissa over herI don't know how I feel about this story. Ok, ok, standing ovation for Dr. PinkCake, great plot, great characters...but... No more greek tragedies, please.

Damn this guy watched way too much Soap Operas as kid. Episode 7 goes on with crappy storytellling and half ass drama.

So yeah.....wow. Think everything I'm thinking has already been said. Just happy I had my gorgeous smurf by my side to see me through the tragedy. And just let me say, Rena was stunning in this episode. The closeups of her face were absolutely perfect. The sexy lingerie and pose before the naughty scene was hot. Rena is in my top 3 of hottest women in a VN. Can't wait for the finale to see how it all turns out. As long as MC has Rena in the end it will all work out and I'll be happy. Hoping my Melissa path ends up being happy as well but I'm all about Rena.
From the beginning I found Leah to be the least attractive and had nothing at all to do with her. I only did a couple side saves with her to unlock her gallery and then went back to my main Rena and Melissa paths. Everything still turns out the same even if you shut Leah down from the very beginning.
I also have to agree with the poster that said that the therapist (Jessie?) looks way too young to be Rena's mother.

Interesting? I don't really remember which girl I liked more when I played the previous "chapters". So I played chapter 1-5 all together. Then I waited a long while for chapter 6, as I recall we didn't loose anyone until chapter 7. When chapter 6 ended there was the MC in the room of a burning building with two unconscious girls. Then there was the long wait for chapter 7. So I chose the girl based entirely on figuring out who was the original girl from the shop. Since it's been so long since I played the rest of the plot, I just took it as a story point that the MC loved both girls; so I chose the first in first out stack algorithm. But as that I played a few scenes having chosen Melissa and was confused by some of the scenes. But then went back and chose Megan. Must be what your referencing.

Yup, that's what I'm worried about. But if whichever girl the MC saved is killed then the only rational ending is to kill the psychotic bitch nurse and then turn yourself over to the authorities to take what's coming to you. With out one of the girls you love being alive, no reason to live and an easy why out of the problem of having to live on without your loves.

Yup, my thoughts exactly. For me it was the best game on this site, but after episode 4 the game shifts to pretty bland tv drama and i stopped caring about it. But i still kinda butthurting over its lost potential, this one had the chance to be something waaaay more than it turned out to be.
