That was hard. Especially when Melissa admitted that I was the only thing keeping her going. That hurt. I'm so grateful the body wasn't shown. That would've wrecked me.

I was all for Megan thru the 1st portion of the game, slowly Melissa won me over, I feel she's a superbly written character and after the 1/2 way point i was all for Melissa, tho I still feel for Megan

I'm all for a good story, and storytelling. But when it comes to games like this, it's all about the fap. And the problem with this story is it's become less and less about the fap. Just that simple.

I don't either... Chapters 1-4 are flat out amazing work some of the, if not the, best writing in this space.

This is the real tragedy of Acting Lessons. Few of us would be bitching if we didn't feel the dev had put in a metric fuck ton of quality work into what was looking like possibly the first really special Western erotic game, only to fumble it. It's a tough thing to witness.

Same here... Megan makes you want to give her all your love and support to make her achieve her dreams, Melissa makes you want to hug her and protect her so bad. When the PC was telling the girls about how he realized that he loves them both and cannot decide, I as the player, was feeling the exact same way. I STILL cant decide who to choose after playing Ep7 lol.

Kind of like loading up a random super hero movie to mindlessly watch, but ending up with The Dark Knight. After playing possibly too many games on here over the last few months, I've come to appreciate the rare gems that go beyond just a fap.

The way he's handled individual plot points and consequences, the cancer for example, seems far from mature.
