The story is absolutely incredible. I actually feel for the characters. I just finished Episode 7 and I am absolutely furious. I actually rage quit the game.

DrPinkCake, may a say something, "I HATE YOU" for what you forced my to do, which says a lot for your game, you fucking pushed me in a roller coster of emotions with the humoristic Liam, that bitch Ana and Leah, thoses fuck bucket Hegwin and Angela, the confused Rena, the strong Megan and the fragile Melissa.
I don't know what's next, but i'll wait patiently to see where that roller coster will bring me.
Keep up the good work, keep pushing us.

For a unique feeling, i would say it's an understatement for this kind of game, it's a roller coaster that gave us something really different.
And for those who only want a fapping game and nothing else, there's so many game that just do that, that the only goal of those games are to make you want to fap and nothing else, why wont they play with those games and when they want something more out of a game, then they could return to this game to have it all, not just the fapping.

Agree it's like Kobayashi Maru. The game does not care about your choices and it fucks you no matter what you do. The author unfortunately does not know any victory scenarios. Surely need Kirk to modify the program.

The choices and consequences are pretty lackluster. I agree with the above poster that it does seem to not care about what you choose and screws you either way. For tough subjects like

Got to the end of Chapter 6 and had to rage quit. Only way I will restart is if the game has an everyone good lives and all bad dies route. If not then this game needs a "snuff" tag added for people who enjoy happy endings

I like Sulu's solution to the Kobayashi Maru, which was basically "The only way to win is not to play."

There was a novel that showed how various members of the original series crew reacted to the test. Chekov went full Russian. Evacuate his ship, then kamikaze it into the Klingons. (Which killed the Klingons) and also his crew in their escape pods. Good job, Chekov.

Scotty just argued with the computer about the laws of physics and won. "Computer, I totally have a way to mess with the Klingons' shields, and all the existing theories on shields and stuff say I'm right. So this crazy solution I'm proposing should work." / Computer: "Um. Ok." Scotty wins the scenario, gets transferred to Engineering.

Sulu? Sulu just goes "Nah, this is a trap. I'm not going in there."

Status update Episode 8
Another week with essentially posing and rendering of animations. I'm almost done with the animations. I'd say there's a handful left to do.
I've also found some time to pose and render static images this week and I've written more on the script.

The current progress is:
27 animations (19 Unique)
251 renders (30% done...maybe. It's really hard to estimate this as the script isn't finished.)
I estimate the script to be 30-40% finished.

I still can't say how far along I am into the development of Episode 8, but I know that rendering animations first was a wise move. I will likely finish work on animations this upcoming week and continue to work on static images and the script.

This status update will be a short one, because I don't really have much else news to share. I am very happy with the progress this far and I'm having a really fun time writing the finale.



On a related note, and in case you were thinking of pledging that tier, early December will be the last chance for patrons to get their name in the ending credits of Acting Lessons, by pledging the Legend tier. I will set a deadline for this date when we're closing in on a release date. If you have pledged but not gotten your name in the credits, please DM me if you want to be named.

As always, I'll end with some news about BADIK. I haven't worked on it a lot this week. Acting Lessons has been the primary focus.

Except that it's not... Look a bit closer and see that it is behind the arm. Perhaps it's the angle of the dangle shot with the light colored brick in the background that could make it appear to you that way.

Daz3D doesn't make mistakes like that, unless the Dev has photoshopped it after rendering.
