I said "subculture associated with LGBT movement" and my personal views don't matter. It's second time you misquote on this statement. I would say that it proves what I said about putting serious harassment and very moderate opinions in one "homophobia" box.
Just google "i hate white people". And I don't say that most people say things like that, I only wrote that is acceptable or even celebrated by some.

We discuss if statements like "I hate men" and "I hate white people" are more acceptable than "I hate women" and "I hate black people". Searching how popular those statements are doesn't bring anything into discussion? Are you serious?
And I pretty sure that at the beginning I wrote what defintion of PC I use, so blaming me for sticking to it WITHOUT questioning it is beyond ridiculous.

You discuss this to push some weird agenda of you. We (as in 'people with common sense') don't need to discuss this, becasue we know that respect and tolerance is not one-sided. Only because YOU dislike gays and some people could blame you for phrasing it dumb like that does NOT mean if someone dislikes straights doesn't get the same kind of blame like you. That is your interpretation to defend your agenda. If someone is an asshole it does NOT matter if he is a homophobic asshole or heterophobic asshole (or just phrasing something very very very dumb without bad intentions, but just very naive and unsecure). Or if a black person is racist to white people or a white person is racist to black people. An asshole is an asshole. And an racist is an racist. And that's it. YOU are the one that searches for a difference. I just don't like assholes and I don't care if they are white, black, gay or straight. And if that is PC for you. So be it. I don't care anymore…

In the US at least, some "less than progressive" ideological groups tried to rebrand themselves in the wake of PC. White supremacism to "white separatism," overtly anti-gay groups to "proponents of family values," etc. I think that lead to a lingering suspicion that anyone who expresses even moderately negative attitude about protected groups is really hiding a stronger opinion. Maybe this suspicion is still justified, maybe it isn't. Even if it isn't, it doesn't mean everyone who pushes it or buys into it has bad intentions.
If that seems outlandish, keep in mind that right wing pundits are still pushing the idea that environmentalism is nothing more than rebranded communism. Or more topically, that PC was and is about nothing more than preventing hurt feelings.

I find the political correctness is necessary sometimes to protect the marginalised groups, but the problem is when certain people in those marginalised groups use the political correctness as a weapon to put down anyone who dares to criticise them, for instance I remember watching this video of milo, and in that video he claims how these lesbian couples set up a fake hate crime against them to get sympathy from the community, and exaggerate the hatred against them, then in another instance this trans-woman got pissed off because the store manager called her sir, and when she was leaving the store she threatened them to use the LGBT community against them. There are a lot of instances like that that are overlooked by many people often. When this happens often these groups become a joke, then nobody cares of their complaints, then when they have legitimate problems, nobody cares to support them due to their notorious past.
Look what happened to Feminism. According to BBC, Fewer than one in five young women would call themselves a feminist, polling in the UK and US suggests, but majority still believe in equal rights and why? because Feminism was turned into a movement against men than addressing problems of women. Feminists has been using the feminism as a weapon to hunt down, ridicule, insult, and take advantage against men. Initially people tolerated it, but when time passed many people, including women didn't like it because they have sons, fathers, husbands whom they love, and don't want to be treated badly. However, we shouldn't forget there are a large amount of racists, misogynists, etc.. behind these anti political correctness movements. I have seen them in sites like voat, I have talked with them. They don't like blacks, asians, gays, transgenders etc.. They openly express their dislike of taking non-white migrants to their countries, and often blame jews for spoiling their women, and destroying their country. So I think both sides have these kind of people with extreme views, and they are the ones who are mostly very vocal in their communities.

This is an example of the overton window in action and a great example of how dangerous and zealous the whole thing can become.
Society and general has become a lot more tolerant but the reaction to certain things has become a lot more zealous
Use some critical thinking for a moment and actually read what the above poster is writing, that more or less says certain groups are worse because we've associated them with other groups or that being critical of any action of a protected group could mean you harbor bad thoughts.
Also family values has been a big thing for decades before and it'#s not politically correct to say but in this day of suicide, depression and single parenthood it deserves more focus than any politically correct issue.

All I know of the PC crowd is they are the first to shout 'you're an -ist for saying X' to people but then happily call others 'assholes'. I guess rules for thee but not for me is all the rage. I've got no problem if someone wants to be PC with their language but at least be consistent in ALL their language. Just because asshole, shit, fuck, and all that are common, why should that make them less offensive? What is offensive and politically incorrect? As easily shown by one user on a previous page, they'll happily self-censor a racial slur but then call someone a cunt. Last time I checked, a huge segment of the population in NA find the 'c-word' pretty offensive. Consistency people, consistency. At the end of the day, just enjoy the entertainment you like to enjoy, and then be good to each other in the real world.
As for porn games, I'd like to know where the PC is? I play a lot of games on here and I don't see any PC stuff, or what I'd consider PC. If the OP can point to some specific examples that would be great because all I see are developers who are/hired writers that want to keep things pretty vanilla compared to the extreme end of the porno world to appeal to the masses. The masses just want smutty, no BS, fun and have a low tolerance for the extremes.
