Is there a better resolution for this game? the download flash is too small of a reso for me to really play and read it.

I really want to play this game.I remember this game had really bad art before but now its actually fairly decent so i gave this a try and... its really good, at least for someone like me who loves mind control in porn. Theres a lot of content but its spread throughout many girls and getting some scenes without a walkthrough is next to impossible. Still, judging by the version number, the game is far from finished which is good in this case - more content incoming.
I would like more interactions with the existing slaves rather than adding new girls. Something Unlimited had this issue as well with tons of girls who had only like 3 scenes each. Recently they started to fix this by finally finishing routes(Terra).
One thing i dont like about hentai scenes is the odd zoom effect - it pans and focuses of some part of the CG and makes the player unable to see the whole picture. For example Erin's dildo ride or Cassandra sitting on the wooden horse - the camera quickly zooms on their upper body and thats it. I find it detrimental to the experience, maybe make it optional...

Pretty sure the bestiality is only in a side quest that's easy to avoid. Otherwise there's a brief "game over"-esque scene that triggers when you lose to a monster girl, but it's very brief and skippable.

I understand that it was a plot device to start from a "blank slate" for the player, but that doesn't take away that the player is completely dependant on Val making the choice to gift us some of her powers. Which is why i have the problem that i do. I understand the need of starting from somewhere to grant the player their powers, but the way in which we gain them depends on someone else (even though the game is CODED and scripted for us to gain them).
And i somehow feel as though she can still affect the player how she wishes, should she wish to do so. (that depends if it gets added to the game or not, but the bimbo bad end seems to imply so)
Is it me having a misunderstanding of the premise of the game?
Maybe, i expected a game with the MC in absolute control.
Is it me being super annoyed about almost all MC's in games being dependant on someone else?
It could be, as the rare games where the MC has some paranormal powers almost always has someone else give them to him/her/it (Devil, old lich, god, scientist, etc)
Is it me being a dom, who cannot stand being the MC who's weaker than/ powerless against someone without choice/options.

I like to be in control, and the fact that there are a LOT of games out there who give you the premise of being in control and then halfway through go 'sike, this [writer-self-insert-character] is actually stronger/better/more powerful than you and you can't do anything about it.'.
Adventure high gave me this feeling, and once i have it, it is very hard for me to just ignore that and continue on.
(I'm not saying Val is a self-insert, i know she is a plot device, as you explained, and a good one at that.)
I'm still looking for that one game that will satisfy my incredible specific needs. Right now, Divine Adventure looks interesting for my dom needs, i'm just sad it problaby won't have any decent mind control/possession/shapeshifting.
Until then, i'll enjoy whatever crosses my path as best as i can. And i was lucky that you made a game that at least ticked some of my boxes. I wish you the best of luck in developing "Adventure High", and i will continue playing it for a while i think.
But i think i'll go R3sist3nce's path and just enslave everyone and ignore any lore/story.
(PS, i'm sorry that i'm a poor college student and can't support you at the moment, because i have the feeling this game deserves it)

By the way, any update on the engine porting for this game? Last saw an update on it on your blog from February and haven't heard a peep since from what I can tell.

@mattslime I guess it depends on how you look at dependence? It was not my intention to invoke trope of a normal character being blessed with supernatural abilities by a more powerful entity. If it helps, Val is not a more powerful being simply lending her power to the player. She effectively gave up most of her power when giving it to the player, and is incapable of just taking it back by force.
That is not to say that the player is immune to her magic; just that in terms of power, the player is the more powerful of the two of them, and in terms of permanence, the player's magic is effectively his/her own permanently.
@dirtyotaku13 The port is still being worked on. The person I have helping with the port is still working on the combat system currently. There are a lot of spells to program so it's taking a while.

Is there any way to raise affection after the first enslavement chance you get for Sarah if you took that chance to enslave her? I need to raise affection as it is the only requirement left holding me back from her home sub plot. I could also just edit the value if I knew what to look for, but the only entry didn't change the availability of the trigger sequence.
As far as I know, if you enslave her at the first opportunity then you can't raise her affection anymore. So the way I did it was to not enslave her until I get the home sub plot, then use the magic book (which you can buy in the shop after progressing far enough in the berserker quest) on her to enslave her after that quest was done.
Yeah, only problem then is you no longer have the book for Victoria, which is where my primary save is at now. Unless you can buy the book again, that is. I haven't tried to, so I don't know.
I'm pretty sure you get the book back after you give it to somebody, but admittedly I haven't played in a while so I might be remembering wrong.
