No hacks or cheats of any sort used here. She stayed that size until I quit and restarted the game, after that she was back to normal.I had that in the v019 but Nenad said I probably hacked his game

Go back to Dee Dee and speak with her telling her "enough practice for today" then go back to Mom's place and new dialogue option will be there when you speak with her.
You forgot to say "Enough practice for today. I need to go now" to Dee Dee. In that conversation Willy says he need to go to mom. The hint is just ahead of what needs to be done

My save indicates that you're using an old save from yourself. That won't work. Please read the text files how to use the provided savegames -- see the Patreon post or the Mega link in the first post of this thread -- on how to obtain them.
If you are using the v020 provided bookmarks, I don't understand why you would start after sex with Giovanna? If you want to see the trick to get rid of Giulio and want to see Gina then you have to start at the beginning of that episode. Follow my walkthrough so you won't get bitten by the bug with the lost key. Or obtain the 30 MiB patch and read the instructions on how to apply it...
