I got to the part where Willy goes to Erohide for another hypnosis session when Gabriela rides(not just grinds) his dick for the first time. It's on page 70:

After this judging by the walktrough Willy is supposed to go to Selina where she will tell him something about helping Charlotta. The problem is that when I use the hint key it says: "Explore all unlockables, wait for the next update". And nothing happens when Willy gets to Selina. I'm playing v0.24.The walkthrough covers v025 so it has an extra episode. I'm not sure if there is already a bookmarkXX.dat mentioned in the walkthrough for this episode? That usually was the end of the previous episode...
If you played from the beginning most of the openworld can now be done. If you just played the v024 episode I suggest to download the walkthrough for that version in the old_versions folder. I've looked it up and for that version you need to do the following to get all the collectibles:

finished scene with Claudia in her apartment, hint says to go rest in Willies apartment but nothing happens when I get there, Miss Skye is supposed to show according to walkthrough but she is not there
Did you say to Claudia that you needed some rest? Usually if the walkthrough doesn't work you didn't do a s told 
Although sometimes there is another trigger which I always do unconsciously. So if you checked the suggestion and it still didn't work, pleas upload your savegameXX.dat and say which version you're playing so I can check this...
P.S. The hints are -- except for a few points - not necessary. Pay attention to the dialogue and most of the times it is clear what needs to be done next. After the sex there is usually a new line appearing which must be done. As in this case...

Are you using Windows? Then open the hidden folder AppData in your home and then in one of those directories should be a Adventures of etc. folder with the correct versionnumber. In there is a Savegames folder...
Somehow I do not find a possibility to talk to Mia. After Claudia takes me to Claudia's street during the transition scene she talks to Mia and then heads off to her appartment to take a shower. Then I'm lost. Where is Mia and how can I proceed the story and unlock Doll House location?

Have you looked at the walkthrough? Click on the fish in Willy's room. That give the option to open a browser to download @Blup Blup 's enriched walkthrough.Somehow I do not find a possibility to talk to Mia. Well she should be standing right in front of you after the transition. If not something is seriously wrong. Please upload a savegameXX.dat and the version of Willy you're currently playing and I will try to check it...

thanks for the reply. Yes I did look at the walkthrough however for this specific scene it only states:
I find the doll and the photos but there is no one to ask the "I need a favor"
See my answer. There should be a girl on the left of the screen. If Willy didn't move after the transition she is right in front of him. If not upload a savegameXX.dat and the version number of the game so I can load it in the correct version her as well...
Added: Below is the screenshot I mad where to find her bronze doll. This is right after the moment Claudia introduced Willy to Mia and walked right into her apartment. As you can see Willy is right in front of her

Thanks for replying and the screenshot. Indeed this looks different from what I have. There's no Mia anywhere (see my screenshot below). I also attached one of my savegames. Hope you can find the issue.
Ok, that is a problem. Could be caused by using an old save in a newer version. So what version of the game you'r using? v024 or v025? Or an older version? And did you use an old save or did you start a fresh one? I need the version information to see if I have the same problem as shown. That only works in the same version. I've her everything from v006 and onwards to test
