I figured it out. Here is a v0.50 incest save with 220/220 Dolls, 31/31 Portfolio, 13/13 Art of Pornography Collection, 1038/1038 Photos, and 60/60 Lingerie. I am not sure why anyone would want this. It kind of spoils the fun, but have at it if you want it.
Dude just download all 6 parts of v4.8 and then extract the Part 1 after you finish, Then if you want to update download the patch nothing too hard.

. After unpacking Part 1 you need to download the 0.49 to 0.50 update and install it in the folder with the unpacked game.Or in the main post of this thread:
- under 'Spoiler: v0.48' download all files and unpack part 1
- under 'Spoiler: Update Patches download WIN 0.48->0.49 and install it
- download 'Update Only (0.49 to 0.50)' and install it
Sorry but i started from 0.46, and i dont know where is royal place it isnt on the map so i cant get to samira can someone enlighten me?
In front of willy building there's a poster of the royal family on the other side of the road, just click on it and go to map. Location is west of Maria house.

Did you first install the 0.49 update?
I downloaded the torrent version of 0.49 and installed the 0.50 update in the 0.49 folder. The update even opens a ms-dos windows checking the files, which needs some time. Did you get an error during this checkup?

yes i had the 0.49 ver installed and no no error and I did the update thing twice and it still doesn't work.
