Yeah, this is reaching the 5 GB limit/IP for a free account on Mega. Downloaded another 200+ MB game earlier and when trying to download this, I got the Quota Transfer Reached warning. Had to use the Reload function on the account and wipe the data from their servers, then turn off/restart my pc to get a new IP so I could download this game.

Saves are already provided/included in this download... there are some instruction text files there on how to use them. Old saves do not work with a new version for this game, so you must use the saves provided with each new version.

Yes, the saves provided in this version are the ones just at the end of v13... so the saves are just at the beginning of v14. I think you might have used the saves incorrectly if your game starts from the beginning.
Remember:
-(1)unpack the game;
-(2)start the game just once (by choosing New Game) so that it can make his Saves folder, exit the game;
-(3)copy the saves provided (except the bookmark01.dat and bookmark02.dat since they are already made there) to usually where the game autosaves its files... default path for win 10 is Local Disk C - Users - (your username) - AppData - Local - Adventures of Willy D 14 - Savegames (First make sure you have checked the option where you can view Hidden Items).
If you want to play the game with incest path in the story, use the first save... if not, use the second one (choose Load Game in the beginning, select first or second picture, then press Load Game).

I found magazine No 4 however when selecting it from the menu it does not open up and show the page contents. Anyone having the same issue. I have used the saves that came with the game.

Yes and no. It's so easy to create an account on mega and use their download manager occasionally when needed. Limit goes to 50GB. Never gave it another thought since I did that.
Definitely much easier to do than do all the steps you mentioned and wasted your time.
A torrent wouldn't hurt either, but it's not something completely mandatory.

and install it. Even though my windows is 64bit, I needed to install the x86 package for the game to work (since the game runs in 32bit I assume).
