for me they are no specific "main girls" , but if i get it correctly, then no, main girl like mother and else arent fucked by others.
girls who get fucked by others are mostly kind of "random" girls you can meet. such as fetish girl in hotel and such. none of these girls actually are "main" girls for me.

No, apart from 1 instance all the girls that are getting banged by other guys are just random girls you don't really know and don't have sex with. Example of this when you click on an elevator button the elevator door will open and a couple will be banging each other. You don't know them or their names and apart from that scene you never see them anywhere else.

There's only 1 instance that can be considered NTR imo. That's when you bang a girl, she then ends up banging a friend of you later on but you end up joining in and it turns into a threesome. So it's not like you're getting cucked or anything.
The game is pretty much you just banging nearly every girl you meet and there's like 20+ girls in the game

Assuming you're on Windows, download all 4 parts, put them in the same directory, then open part 1. WinRAR or 7zip will automatically open the other parts and extract them all. Make sure your WinRAR or 7zip is updated to the latest version; old versions can sometimes cause problems if the archive was made with a newer version.
