No need. Put all 5 parts in the same directory and then doubleclick on Part 1. Then you can tell the program where to unpack the game. Need winrar or something like that.

Did you load a save from your previous playthrough? Yeah, don't do that. See the disclaimer in the OP.

I did the .43 to .44 update, and grabbed the .44 saves, but when I try to the natalie scenes now after this, the game just crashes as soon as I pick an option. Any ideas?

No unfortunately. Pretty rare OS here where I live
