I find the issue to usually be face rather than the body. You can make the most petite or the most thick or balance between both figure, but if the face doesn't have a handful of noticable wrinkles or tiny bit of face weight or other indicators that this woman in particular is 30/40+ then it turns me off personally. When MC appearance ressembles in his early 20s with the mom, sister or aunt sharing similar facial structure, I view them as some characters just roleplaying in "incest" theme rather than being "naturally" aged to look like they actually have incest (kinda like those fake step-mom videos, where the actors age difference is 10-13 years, 17 at best, but you can tell the MC in those videos is in his mid 20s to early 30s). Perhaps I've read too many comics, but in Milftoon comics, PBX comics and artwork or any other big incest artist/publisher depict a clearly visible and huge age leap between the MC and his relatives. Same with games like The Visit, Dark Neighbourhood, The Twist, Foot of the Mountains, Summertime Saga and many more embedding clear age difference to suite these roles perfectly.

same thing when the cousin is roughly the same age as MC. Thus making the distinction irrelevant. I say exactly what I mean like 95% of the time. The fact that you have to make irrelevant distinctions doesn't change anything.

It looks good and it has potential to be the best game around, hopefully the developer is kind enough to release update monthly

The main cliché of milf is to give them big boobs. OK it's porn games, but I see small boobs in some games, though I think I've yet to see a milf with small ones
