From what I read on Steam, for those with an error on startup, it appears that the game requires Win 10.
There is a beta for it to run on Win 7.

Okay so I tried to port this to android, and the game just takes up a small portion of the screen with like two inches of black bars all around. And it doesn't let me save the game. I've tried so many different things and I just can't get it to work right...

EDIT: Okay! Big update, I managed to get the game to save and load! Turns out the Autosave Plugin the game had in it was the cause. Still a small picture though, haven't figured out what's causing that yet.

BUT. Other then the small picture issue, the apk runs fine. If anyone would like me to upload it just say so and I will.

I just found a bug that makes Reniel utterly useless in combat. Make sure you swap her to attack stance on the day where you first got into Emerald Maze 2 because the day after you will be forced to visit the magical library.
After you found the book you have to fight a weak boss enemy that Reniel accidentally summoned. If she was in defense stance when you started the fight
(this will be your first fight of the day because you will be forced into this event after leaving the guild house)
there will be a weird animation and she switches to attack stance.
If this happens she will be locked into attack stance for the rest of the game
(this might fix itself if she leaves the party in future story segments)
and cant switch out of it anymore and is also not able to use her abilities.

Since it's an RPGMaker game it's probably just best to save before each of the love scenes and keep backup saves if you start to run out of slots. I don't think the software was really designed for visual novel-like content, though admittedly I haven't played a lot of RPGMaker games.

If you miss the save point initially you can go back to an autosave, the game seems to save pretty regularly at scene transitions and keeps five autosaves.

Well I have Windows 10 and I get the same error so that's clearly not the problem. Can someone with some idea of how javascript works try to help us poor scrubs? I really wanted to play this and now I'm just disappointed.

Apparently (at least on my system), losing to Eurydice causes a bug where an image is supposed to be displayed, but the game can't find it. Even if you use a decrypter to extract the images that can't be found, the game still can't find them, which forces you to restart.

Beating her doesn't make the bug pop up, so...

That's kinda misleading imo, here's how to solve it:
You choose a path, if you see a flower monster then you're in the wrong way and the maze reset itself. Keep chosing the path where you don't see that flower

Welp I finally got the game working. Apparently my display driver was out of date and windows was to dumb to figure that out and kept telling me that it was the newest driver. I hate windows sometimes lol.
