Maybe Start a new game try like that. See if it does the same

already tried that and deleted everything and tried it with fresh files with always the same result.
maybe this "bug" comes with a older choice you made before chapter 3 ??

no i didnt used a save and when i do i use the saves in the game folder
and i deleted the app data saves too always the same.

Using URM (Universal Renpy Mod), I set ch2_pick variable to True and that fixes the scene.

download this file and put it in game/chapter2 folder and replace the already existing one

yes that fixed the choice to meet her at the cafe but not the choice to go pick her up it is the same there.
nedded to start a new game before the first option was fixed.

so when you pick her up you got waiting scene?

yep MC drives to pick up emilia and after she got in the car and the driving scene the next scene is MC waites at the cafe for emilia like he got there alone.

Seems lately some AV programs (mostly Windows defender) is marking RenPy game downloads quite often as false positives. Have seen that now in almost every game thread. Hope that get fixed soon with a virus database update, that thread spamming with "detections" is quite annoying already.
