The game is indicated as complete, I tried to download and run it, but even after sorting out the rgss122e.dll error, I still get the error below, anyway has a clue ? I am on Windows 10, I guess that is part of the problem ?

Install the Locale Emulator
You must be registered to see the links
and run the game from the Emulator (it's an entry in your Windows context menu after installing the Emulator).
Thanks, but it is still not working. I wonder if it may not be also another problem. In your screenshot, I can see three folders, "audio", "data", and "graphics". When I unzipped the file, I got only one subfolder, "audio". I tried both the nopy link, and the zippy link, in both cases, the archive does not contain those folders, I wonder if that may not be also part of the problem.

It's because I made the screenshot from another game of Combin (Green Shadow). In Alona there is only an audio folder.
Maybe you have to make adjustments to the game.ini file

I would never install software from a site that is named getwinpcsoft.com on my PC. I would check the system for spy, ad and bloatware and of course for viruses. Then de-install everything you installed from there, clean the registry with CCleaner. Then go to rpgmakerweb.com to downloads and look for the library you need. And Combin's games are all made with the western version of RPG-Makers at least in the past. So you don't need the emulator, although it's not a bad thing to have if you frequently play Hentai Games.

I'm a bit biased when it comes to that kind of 'Software Libraries' and I also made the mistake to post while being in a rather bad mood, so yeah, came out very unfriendly and patronizing for which I feel bad now. Maybe a pair of boobs and a red bush will lighten up the mood ;-)I did a virus check before I recommended it

In the pictures shows something like being used as horse, being "impaled" on a dildo, being with her head under a foot (the "janitor slave" scenario someone mentioned ?), with food on her body, with three guys, with two students (I guess) wearing a light blue body , coming out of a pool... but I did not see any way to get those those, are they really in the game ?

For the pool scene you need to get on the Bully Path. That is by helping the Student that is getting bullied, and winning the fight against the two bullies. The next day, they will bully the Student again, but flee when Alona arrives. After that the Student invites Alona to his home. Alona has to agree to go there and agree to drink the Tea which the Student serves.
All the other scenes are part of the Office Story which follows the School Story if you didn't get a bad ending. Not getting a bad ending means that you need to stay clean. Not allow the Chickan in the Subway to turn Alona into their fuck puppet, not allow the Principal to turn Alona into his pain slave, not allow the Bully's to turn Alona into their plaything and so on. You can do all School activities like the Bio- and Painting Club. There are three ways to get the code for the secret elevator. One is to get a relationship with the School Nurse, the other is to get a relationship with one of Alona's colleagues (forgot his name) and the third is to get Alona enough reputation to reach the point where the Principal promotes Alona (without getting a bad ending). Then with the code you get into the elevator solve what is awaiting you in the basement...
To be honest, the game isn't easy especially because you don't see her stats and have no clue what does what. I played Alona many times before I reached the final end and several paths I only learned when I read through the Combin's code.
