i have a problem: extracted everything from the torrent, placed it in one one spot. but it keeps saying it failed to initialize player.

(and on a side note: the first part of the torrent is an .exe file...)

Work fine for me. U need to open the exe file and extract it like a setup instead of manual.

Check your temporary files, Winrar may have failed to delete the files after extracting so you end up with three copies. Number 1 zip copy. Number 2 temporary winrar folder. Number 3, extracted folder.
