Go to a terminal if you don't want to start a new game. Select change player, then switch the card selection from the male to female tab (click the female ♀ symbol) and pick the futa girl.

For the game and the studio, if you just want to play the game you can just download the 24GB part.
There was no update patch this time so everyone did have to download the whole thing again, if that's what you mean.

AA2 has more substance than the 2 united in my opinion. I think im gonna try the last pack if modders keeps working on it, especially gameplay and content, and poses. I feel like lots of people actually dont play the new games... they just take pics in studio (look all the gbs of content of studio instead of the game)
Both Shoujo and Koikatsu have good things, but more on the graphical/clothes mod packs than anything. both games are too short compared to what would expect from them- Both asks more "Sim" content and playing with relationship, but fail to offer it and disguise their only Free H vía stupid grind/shitty story content that nobody actually asked for.

I played AA2 when hongfire still existed and pretty much exhausted all you could do with it. I don't care to go back to such an old game. I'd rather download Skyrim and mod it again.

Ok ok I know, stupid question. Where to I copy the mods too?, I cant figure it out. all the mods are in the optional folder but no matter where I move them they dont seem to activate.

Those are the optional ones, you might not want them. Like the readme say "copy to game root to enable" the games main folder where the exe is, also note the WARNING readme though and any other one that a mod comes with.
Maybe this is a stupid question but I'll ask anyway, How do I exit from the H-scene? Because I'm not seeing any door icon.

Make sure the game is set up right with initsetting.exe, but use AI-Syoujyo.exe to start the game. That's been the cause of some missing things like the door before.

Yeah, I agree, there is a small problem with the early adopters trying to go for the low hanging fruits, and most of those are lighting requests. The Pateron developers dono's are the ones that typically drive the development efforts.
People rather throw money at parts to shove in their car to drive around in circles and be stupid. Or give money to e-Girls/Thoughts.
Not quite.. It's slightly (worse). I don't want to disparage talented people. And considering the niche they work in and make content for... It's nice.
The ones that are problematic are the ones that create a character or scene. Then export to Blender. Then drop it on the Daz store front. 10 - 120 dollar for 1 card. "Oh boy that Daz and Unity store gonna make me rich".
There is other legit uses. And thought it writers/creators/artists put time into it can be really exceptional quality story tellers but it's rare.
Sadly, It can be said it suffers from it's own success. Because of the 2 reasons I mentioned above (and relative newness to Unity 2018?) and people not comfortable to admit they don't know that much in Unity, what can hold them back and in turn they hold back Developers from working on tools for Animation and Collisions and Better Skin... and instead have to work on lighting because that is what people want to pay for..
I was really happy with the Home Builder tool and made great player housing, sadly you can't clear away debris and rebuild without breaking other things. (Clearing Rubble and Unlocking Door is a mistake) Also there are things we could have fixed but... We didn't. because (what was told to me was "gameplay is bad, no one cares")

can't craft red fruit seeds from red fruit,
can't place tier 2 collection points,
can't place tier 3 collection points,
Oh well we got that recycler 10 = 1 ratio of scrap to 1 item? could be a Jewel or could be another piece of scrap.

You know. You might be right about that.
A Beautiful amount of space, it does seem and feel wasted there. There are a few beam walks and crawl under and hops but nothing amazing. They could have done a ton more. I think they lost a lot of time on that AI / Agents. That Witch's Pot was simply "I give up.. make them eat darkness and go ahead randomize feelings moods and make them nuts." There is anime (and manga) with dialog that is leagues better but that's anime and manga (poetic introverts) vs game development (computer programmers) both of them are still better then the folks that control the pay and what is discussed in the work place (HR and Accounting are HORRIBLE PEOPLE AND NERDS!)

Ai shoujo promised so much, and I played quite a good amount of time... even studio in some extent. But everythin feels too short, the graphics is what holds it in the end of the day.
Im trying Koi and... they destroyed basically what made AA2 so good. Idk why. I dont even like this underage setting shit, but what AA2 started to give was really interesting, and they messed up. Both games. Like you say everything feels wasted, its a big shame.

There's a save in the [OPTIONAL] BRExtras folder, for anymore than four girls you need to use a (included) mod.

I would like further reasons to interact with the girls - perhaps more goals to accomplish together. It seems that once you've unlocked the fourth girl all that remains is to hunt them down and H them (or work on your fishing skills). I spend very little time on the residential island; it seems that you cant build an interesting environment. The girls' lives just seem richer on the island of ruins.
Thank you! I was searching to figure out if so-called base game actually including mods (cheat etc.) because I don't have enough disk space for extracting sideloader mod pack... Anyway, downloading "base game" now.

I don't think you would see a huge difference. The big gain is from going from a mechanical drive to SSD.
