So what am I supposed to do in this game? All I seem to be able to do is run around gathering and being bossed around by an annoying girl. The devs know this is supposed to be a porn game right not some mmo ripoff? There is porn in this game right?

You need to get the girls sexuality up. You can make it a bit easier by giving them desires (Pleasure and Stimulation) in the character creator. Find her when she's sleeping, bathing, or gathering and you should get the option to "fool around". Positions are usually tied to furniture so if you have different kinds of furniture you'll have access to more positions. Also I believe a higher relationship unlocks a bit more.
All this being said the game is severely lacking in animations.

This is a pornographic survival simulation, going around collecting things is the point until you get a supply chain set up through the girls, but you don't have to once you get the girls to start doing it on their own, which you can do by having them follow while you collect, cook, or sleep to teach them how to do each. Then you just have to worry about dealing with them when they want sex or when they get sick or exhausted.
That said, once you do get them to the point of sex, they can and will say no at times when you ask them for it, but they will come to you pretty often if you're in range when they get horny enough to deal with it immediately instead of a different need. Otherwise they'll find a place and masturbate or another girl that is in range if you are out of range.
You can't, this is an optimization issue in the game itself that has never been fixed, even high end machines have lag.
Only a patch from Illusion to fix whatever they did or didn't do to make it run like this.
There isn't one, that's the point. It can't be fixed by mods or that would have been top priority for the modding community the second the problem started, so the only place left to turn is Illusion themselves and Illusion has been silent on this game ever since the Steam release.
The game AI really suck. The girls no matter what kind of traits they have in the end just eat and shit continuosly. And rarely interact with anything else aside the shower/bathtub. And still they manage to faint out of fatigue.
I've given all of them the "child at heart" trait hoping to make them do something else aside eating and shitting but almost make no difference. And i've gave them plenty of toys to play with.
i have looked in to the AI but the times i try to alter them so they do somethins more, they just break and stand still and will only move if you ask them to follow you
There is any trait that make the girls unashamed? Is so stupid that the only time they get embarassed is when they're bathing. Even after all the sex.

The fatigue issue is because you didn't teach them how to sleep. They will only do what they know how and they start out knowing how to do literally nothing but walk around. Also, just because they have plenty of toys placed by you doesn't mean they won't choose something automatically generated on the map.
To make the girls unashamed, make sure they have low humanity. They also get embarrassed if you walk in on them on a toilet.
They are not new characters. They have already high parameters. And i've told them countless times to rest and sleep. They don't faint all the time but very often. I'm considering to give them dynamo and health conscious, but with child at heart this mean that to make the girls properly functional you need to sacrifice at least three trait slots for mandatory traits. Plus i cannot teach them how to interact with other stuff aside the kitchen and the crapper. The option to make them interact with dancing stages, pool, videogames... totally doesn't appear. I can only suggest them to play more, and usually they go play with the kitchen and the crapper.
You literally can't teach them to use play items, that's not one of the functions you can do on your own, you can only teach them things like collecting, sleeping, and cooking because you can do those on your own. They will eventually learn to do it on their own, but it is not instant and can take a while, even longer if you teach them only once or twice and leave them alone after. The girls using play items you place is entirely random and extremely rare, the best you can do is wait until they finally decide to do it. The only play action I've ever seen is them jumping off the dock at the beach camp and my upstairs area is loaded with poles and platforms for dancing. My girls only ever go up there to eat and sleep.

No, there is no patch to fix the game. If there was one, it would have to come from them, but they didn't fix it.
