Technically, it's Koikatsu Sunshine, but Honey Select 2 is the latest one in this art style.

Which would be the better maker for monster girls including elves, angels, demons, etc...
Both could technically do it, but it depends on what art style you'd want. Koikatsu Senshine has the same art style as Koikatsu, which is more anime based, while Honey Select 2 and AI Shoujo have a more photorealistic art style. All of them have mods in the Better Repack versions that could help with those types of character and all of them allow you to shape the ears to be Elf like.
Does anyone know where to install more of those body uncensor selections, like the penises and vaginas you can give to characters during character creation or in NEOStudioV2? I noticed I had quite a few to choose from in that dropdown list but the newest repack doesn't include the same amount that I once had while using R11. Maybe I had installed a mod or something which added a bunch of other genitals to choose from. Like, there was a vagina you could give female characters which was designed to be more alien or demonic in style. I'm thinking it was probably something designed for HoneySelect 2, since everybody seems to develop for that game instead of AI Girl, but it worked fine for AI Girl and the NEOStudioV2.
I was using R11 for awhile like most people, but had to completely reinstall the game because somehow, updating outdated mods a few weeks ago through KKManager installed something which made my game and the NEOStudioV2 really laggy and hazy looking, like there was some type of graphical adjustment that had been applied and I couldn't figure out what was causing the issue. So I'm realizing a lot of the mods and things I acquired are not included in R12, although copying and pasting most of these unincluded mods was easy enough. I'm still missing a more expansive list of uncensors to choose from, though.

Go to the "better repack" site. IDK if I'm allowed to directly link it from here, but literally an internet search for better repack will direct you there.
There WAS a mod from Katarsys, but like most modders, he immediately jumped to Honey Select 2 when it came out, likely due to the maximum 20 FPS this game was getting when he dropped it. Not sure what you mean by status, there's no different status system like Honey Select 2, the closest this game comes is the disease system, which shuts you out from sex completely until she recovers.

it was about the status of the relationship "H", maybe there is a similar mod that allows you to touch the bodies of the characters?
I also scored on "ai", but decided to play again, during this time a lot of mods appeared, and maybe I missed them.
There are no different positions based on that, that determines how likely she is to say yes at all. You don't need a mod to touch, that's part of the game, but either she has to come to you (slow walk with her head down and hands behind her back) or you have to ask her in conversation.
Does anybody know how to disable the Ai Main Game Optimizations addon/mod? I can't seem to locate the file for it.

I was just wondering, do high heels work in R11? The last time I really played the game was when you released R9 and I was pretty bummed out when I saw that they just clipped though the ground.
If high heels aren't currently working, are you expecting to see/have them fixed in the future? I know that it would be an immense amount of work so I wouldn't blame you or anyone else for just saying "fuck it".
As far as I could tell, to make it work without compromising the character model you'd have to modify all animations to take the heels into account and integrating that into all the other mods would be hell. Could you please shine some light on the matter?

I'm trying to work out why the other girls disappear during sex scenes. I've been using R4 until now and the other girls stayed visible during h scenes
I don't think the optimizations are the issue, I've been running R11 with them on and actually didn't have any of the more recent issues like that one.

Sorry if this is a stupid question or already been answered, but using the search function didn't lead me to an answer. Is there a way to choose characters from subfolders when starting a new game? I like to keep my cards organized, but it's kind of a fruitless endeavor if I can't choose from my organized cards.
There is a mod to make the game read subfolders, but I don't know if it works for a new game.

Search into the folder "mods\Sideloader Modpack - Uncensor Selector\BetterPenetration" in R11 and copy/paste the files in the same (empty) folder in BR R12.
I have no idea why these mods have been removed in the last repack, same thing in HS2 R8...
If I had to guess, a severe issue that did not allow them to be kept in. If that is the case, they will likely be added back later.
