The only real difference in general is the translation, but Better Repack has that AND community additions that make it even better.

After playing for some time I can relate. Worked 4 hours on a girl, still wasn't satisfied, then slapped together a dude in 5 mins and called it a night.

Neither is really better than the other unless you take into account that there is no installing anything with Better Repack since it comes with everything already set up, just need to extract with 7zip. That said, Better Repack tends to have newer versions of mods than the HF patch even if just for a short time like a couple weeks, so whichever you use, don't use both together.

Guys I need your help again please, for some odd reason my girls don't undress any more when taking a shower or bath. What the heck did I mess up this time in the mod setting? I admit, I've been playin around without really knowing what I am doing.
I would search for this, it must have been asked here already, but i can't figure out how to search this thread for a keyword, if there's such a function please tell me so I don't have to bother you all the time.

Be sure to have the "changing spot" forniture empty, girls pick random coordinate clothes/accessories from there when taking a bath/shower.
Disable/delete the plugin AI_AdditionalAccessoryControls, it causes problems whit the AI.

Also keep in mind that a femininity below a certain level will have them skip the animation of dressing or undressing entirely, they will simply go to the shower or bath dressed.

This patch converts the Steam variant of AI-Shoujo to the Japanese game, along with mods and uncensor. You need to own the Steam game for this patch to be useful to you!
This release is split into two releases:
- Standard Ed: Just includes Plugin mods, among others adding uncensor to the game and similar.
- Full Ed: Contains the same as Standard, but also includes Sideloader Modpack, a pack of varying clothing mods and similar.

Due to the need to patch BepInEx 5.3 plugins to BepInEx 5.4 format, initial/first launch will take longer than usual. This is a one time thing, until plugins are updated for the new format.
(Contains the full JP game, so not meant to be applied to another installation)
If you have trouble starting the game, start the game once through the launcher (InitSetting.exe), this will check for errors and fix them as well before starting the game.
As of R2.3 you can update the sideloader modpack (clothing mods etc) from the launcher. Just press the icon in the lower left corner of the launcher with the arrow to check for updates. I'm updating that more often than the main pack, so should get some updates there every so often

1. Remove only translation, leaving the rest of the mods intact

Feel free to use this script to customize your install, but keep in mind that using this may make the game incompatible with future repack updates, requiring you to download the next repack in full!

Yes, R8 was when the DX expansion dropped, so it would be... problematic to distribute such a update pack due to the sheer size. So updating from 7 to 8 requires a full pack download.
What do you mean by next scenario? If you mean what they do next, just go back to the main Cheat Tools window on the left of this image and make whatever action you want to happen next get a 100% chance on the list of actions with percentages next to them using the text boxes below where the actions show. First box is the number of the action, like I believe 5 is them coming to you for sex, second box is the percent chance (keep in mind they do have to be in the middle of an action for this to work, trying to make them do things just before they switch to the next highest priority action on the list will lead to the action you want being counted as already done, so it would also disappear with the previous action).
