No. You get two options, try to save mom, which triggers a quick time event which is pass or die, and just allowing mom to be raped.
The quick time event is simply clicking on two icons, one of the left side of the screen and another on the right. Fail and you die, and if you keep going rather than stopping and going back I believe you can see the horrible outcome for your mom.
If you do the event you live and save your mom. The event is not hard, and even if you fail, you get shown dying before anything else so you can easily go back and redo the event without seeing anything happen to the mom.

There is nothing forced, but .... are you even too weak to save your mom?
NTR sucks. ....But I couldn't find some in the game or it is avoidable....sure you played the game?
I gave up trying to download this. Mixdrop is shit, i don't get why people still use it...

You need to do something similar to hunting minigame iirc.
Click or rollback and try clicking again.
