it's all about the quantity of the update, not quality the patrons are looking for. If they had 3 scenes per month, it is better to divide into 3 updates rather than group them all up in 1.

you can say whatever timezone you want don't claim times that are wrong they stated it would be 7 hrs from now at the latest not your 3 hours

dont worry, after the 7 hours comes the wait for the bugfix version since on top of not releasing anything on stipulated time, they are always bugged, muku and the other cg artist are the only ones saving this proyect.
