Update on Twitter, another spoiler and usual retweet-for-free-game promo leading up to the next patch. By 'Friday's Patch', means the 13th next week.

At least the CG's are looking high quality across the board so far, that have been leaked.

Silly question.
What is the fastest way to tan a character? And since when can it be done exactly?
Every day I go to the beach and ask about underwear and it is never for sale.

Thanks in advance

Progress in melvin route until she ask for a new lession and she goes with him to the back.... (scene #12 in the gallery)also called final lesson, then the game should tell you about the beach and other locations. And you can get tan or partial tan.

It have been dropping slowly the last 2 months : (, don't think I have seen it this low before.

They dropped a lot from August to September, i think many people are waiting for patch release before subbing again.

Btw they posted this -> in mid July :)

7 people working for roughly 3400$ minus taxes and Patreon cuts which shouldn't be as little as people think. I won't be surprised if at some point they decide to drop their projects and I would say "we only have ourselves to blame" but I do my part 30$ a month.

Easily the hardest working team with highest quality hentai game on Patreon but it's making pocket change compared to some games like Summertime Saga. It is what it is. Let's enjoy it while it's around which I assume won't be for long because people were too stingy to throw them a 10$ bone a month.

After a short increase end of July they are down about 300$ to 3.264$ this month. Just barley above their (kind of) all time low of 3.228$ in June.
Thats pretty sad to see considering the last time their funds were that low was in May of 2016..

A small part of it is definitely due to discontinuing the 100$ tier which was always sold out at 5 people so I guess that would push them close to the mentioned 4k$ but its still a shame these guys are not getting more support because the dev mentioned more than once that if he had more money he'd just invest in a bigger team. Bigger team means faster or better quality work so I'm all for that.

And then there are creators who make tens of thousands but refuse to hire a second artist.

Why did they stop offering the 100$ tier? Was it some sort of reward which made too much work for the amount gained?
They would make a scene of your choosing. I know for a fact that the whole interracial pornstar route was funded that way. I bet a few more were made that way. That would probably slow down progress so they decided to cut it.

Yeah, I asked Starke about the 100$ tier, they simple don't have time to provide that at the moment. Their art team are to busy.

Seven people working on a indie-level game is an insane amount of manpower. I presume you count with that even sprite artists and hired help, because even considering the baseline median income of Portugal (they are Portuguese, if I'm not mistaken) of around 900 euros that's not going to cover even basic life expenses.

I seriously doubt we'll get a good analysis of "porn game financing", but if this was a "indie game" (and theoretically it is, even if peculiar in content) that amount of money is seriously low (most work I've seen focuses of course on the American/Canadian "indie" situation, we europoors aren't relevant enough to be considered). Sure, they cut some expenses with the engine and the baseline assets, but for chrissakes seven people? They aren't going to make money out of this, but there's a risk of barely going from month to month.

I don't think they're all working on the game. I think two of them are doing free work such as the community managers in exchange for probably free copies? But then again I assume they would want to support the game anyway so I don't know how they have it set up.

What I do know is Starke needs to make money. Issac works on the game. Mukuyaki and Tigerlyla draw. Blackmage apparently scripts and Mattseb apparently makes sprites. This is all information you can find in their Patreon wall and they are not even mentioning the unique soundtrack which is obviously paid for. All those jobs at least are definitely paid for.

Unless Starke has some serious money set aside or he slangs dope on the side, I just don't see how they get by with that money. Starke claimed that he quit a high paying job which I remember he mentioned something like 4.5k euros a month but that's probably before taxes, just to work in this game. That's 5000$ dollars for reference. They are earning 3.4k dollars a month, before Patreon takes their cut and before taxes.

He was earning way more money by himself than the entire team combined. In fact, he might be paying them from his pocket which is the only thing that makes sense to me.

I understand the "work on my dream" perspective and the passion for the project but Starke is in his mid thirties I think. Once family and other priorities show up, I won't be surprised if this project dies. I'll be sad about it, but not surprised.

I'll tell you what tho. The community hating on them heavily when they started. Working through his parents illness. Mom dying and still delivering a patch and you could tell by how he talked about her how close they were. Uncle dies a month later, allegedly an uncle that was a father to him. His father goes to the hospital in life threatening conditions a month after that. Community once again decides to show how great they are by calling bullshit on all of the above to which he had to post proof with hospital reports, dead certificates, you name it. All because the community couldn't take his word at face value after always backing it up.

I've been talking to him on Discord on and off and read a few of the conversations he has and he always been the nicest guy.

In the end he gets paid shit to deal with all of this. If any, this is an amazing story that sadly I won't be able to tell my kids.

"You know kids. A friend knew this guy who made porn games..."

I understand your point but there are other dev teams (Venus Noire for example) that works as hard and they are making 2.5 times more than this team. I think the difference comes from some problems this dev team had a few years ago with their supporters. I don't remember the subject right now but i remember they went to hiatus for a couple of months etc.

When it comes to throw them a 10$ bone every month, people can only support so many games. Let's face it, there are not many supporters out there, i was supporting Venus Noire 1,5 years ago but Seeds of Chaos is nowhere near the end. The same is true for Alansya too. So, people like me support a game for 2-3 months, then they start supporting other games. There are too many games and too few supporters.

Now, i never played Alansya but it is on my list. I generally plays a game only after i pay for it. This game (just like GGGB) is on my list to buy when it is completed.

I understand. A lot of people say "I will get the game once it comes out" on Steam or something. The issue with that is that it might just never come out if people don't support them during development.

Agree, its the same issue as around 1 year ago. The team is not able to get enough new costumers, and old ones leave....
They should try to use some more time to advertise their game to spread further out to people imo.
Enough people with low paying subs, would do the trick.... instead of a few high paying VIP's
