Having played this game already, I can tell you that she makes plenty of advances of her own accord and is interested in sex and enjoys it, and even willing to do the very thing of "using sex to escape debt" that you say is too sick a fantasy. It actually annoys me that the preview images were all loss scenes because there are plenty others that are either prostitution if you go that route, some kinky shit on another, and pure lovins on my prefered path.
You do not play a lot of H-Games do you because there are plenty out there where the girls are into it from the start or not that far behind, as well as ones where they use sex as a means to pay things off. The reason a lot of the more basic ones use the idea of starting off with a totally innocent girl is because it is enjoyable to see someone go from zero knowledge to a total fall.
But I guess that nuance is lost on someone who seems to think sex is a "good" rather than a neutral aspect.

So I've downloaded this game to see if it's any different than your standard H-RPG. And it isn't, really. It features an underage, naive, virgin female protagonist, presumed orphaned and taken care of by an adult male, referred to as 'Uncle'. I know that 'uncle' is used as a respectful way to address an adult male, but... the irony is rich. There are more uncles in the town where she's moving to.
From a modern Westerner perspective the fact that she is underage (the fact that she is just a child is being repeated over and over again in the game dialogs, so it's not just default neotenic aesthetics that hentai artists seem to revel in) makes all sexual contact she engages in statutory rape, regardless whether she gives her consent or not. But I guess that nuance is lost on someone...
The way she appears to consent to sexual activities is not straightforward, but quite sleazy to say the least. The guardian uncle helps her dry with a towel after evening bath, she's mistakenly taken for a prostitute and taken to a brothel to service a client as reward for defending another prostitute from thugs at night. Could you show me where this child makes an informed, adult decision to initiate sexual activity, like a girl who is into it from the start?
How different is this from 'Kozue's strange journey', 'Ambrosia', 'Shokuo Shoujo' or [insert any H-RPG title here] ? I played only one such different game here, 'The Poor Whore'. You start as a female prostitute wannabe and prostitution will be your only quest. You have ten days to prove yourself as the queen of whores in this little town. And there are 7 possible endings, all of them utterly depraved. No pretending your heroine's looking for a magical item that will remove some evil curse and as she ventures along she accidentally stumbles upon an old man in a park, a waitress job with gropey patrons, a band of horny monsters, a brothel next to orphanage and so on.
Why was that game different? Perhaps the fact it was not a Japanese game had something to do with it.
