Yes, there is very nice one already in the game (fully animated). It's part of the premium teaser, which means it's completely free for everyone. The PE itself contains several more scenes with him as well as many others, including group sex, anal and lots of other stuff.
Just be aware that the teaser scene can be missed. Do the following to see it:

This usually only happens if you use a savefile from the Premium Edition in the Standard Version. So it's not a bug, just the wrong savefile. I know this one very well from testing.

The next update is coming as soon as it's ready, I'm still working on it.
When I remember correct we haven`t here a Premium version so normal it can`t be.

It has only been 4 months since the last update, but we're getting to the time of an update should be out. However, it feels like there has been nothing of worth for much longer than 4 months. Feels like this one is on its way to being abandoned.
Only thing that has changed, is that the dev stopped linking paywalled Patreon posts here after somebody complained about it.
The next update will finish the remastering of the original version and after that we will hopely get totally new content. (And maybe then the dev will get enough money to buy proper tools...)

Seems like a perfectly valid complaint.
The game is below average and having paywalled content.
But keep on dickriding the dev.

can understand why someone complained about that, if you going post updates here, then post updates people can see.
this novel needs new content now, not in 4-6 months time.

Sad to see people thinking it is abandoned when the dev just commented 2 weeks prior to this about a new update coming soon.

That is all that has been mentioned since January, and I would not call that an update.
The next update 0.21 (Alenja's training) will be the last remastered one because the original game ended there.
0.19 had plenty of "new content". The bad end story line with the twins was originally in the premium version. Also an animation request only seen by the dev and me was made into a dream scene in the premium version. I asked the dev to add them into the game because I paid for them and he agreed (not going to go into details).
Suggestion: Alenja's first sex dream (daydreaming or napping maybe) would be a nice add to the last remastered update. It could work as the dreams in Whiteraven's A New Dawn - preparing Alenja for what will come next.

That's great news, although it still doesn't downplay the extreme wait to get to this point in the first place (or second place, given that it's mostly been a redoing of what's already happened).

I wasn't aware the developer was redoing past content until recently. That is the point I'm making, if I'm not aware, then good chance others aren't and all they see is the same content with nothing new. This novel really needs new content.
I get having to redo content, I 100% guarantee everyone in here that I super get that as I had to do it TOO much in my own VN. However, I kept people updated throughout the process and made sure everyone knew why and how it was being done.

You should keep in mind that the dev has intented this game to have multiple story lines (like Game of Thrones) from the beginning*. So the added stuff is an advancement. Especially the big premium request, that starts from the pissing scene, is a whole storyline in itself.
*As we've seen, this probably wasn't the best of ideas, because together with insufficient tools and remastering the whole original version, it's taking so much time.

There are lots of developers who don't communicate here at all. And this one was asked not to post paywalled links, which he did.
Often it's the supporters who post the paywalled info and pictures. This game doesn't seem to have any supporters willing to do that. (Might be partially because the most reasonable way to support is to pay occasionally for the discounted premium version.)
Ask him directly, give it some time (week or two) and complain after that, if he doesn't answer.
