I think it's kind of funny that this game avoids an incest tag by implying incest without ever actually confirming it.

I do wonder, though, if we will ever have Alex and Izzy's relationship or the relationship between the MC and Izzy (if there is one, which I believe there is) confirmed in the story.

Yeah, it was amusing seeing Izzy pouting about MC and Alexandra fucking without her, when all the times they fucked before was also without her. She should be getting used to it by now

Uhhhhh. I'm pretty sure I saw a scene where we learned that Izzy and Alex are half sisters (Boris being the shared parent). MC deduced that from Izzys moms crazy talk. I think they for sure are related. I've gotten no vibe or impression that MC is related to either of them,

Izzy and mc share the same anger issues. Izzy thinks she's got the same mental illness as her mom. But early on the MC is hinted to be something more. My bet is on shared lyken blood . Making Izzy half sister to both MC and Alex. I mean, if that's not the connection, why bring it even up early in game

So you think Izzy and MC are related because of the vaguely similar mental illnesses they share? That seems like a major leap to me; i got the impression that Izzy has temper and jealousy issues but no evidence of psychotic breaks. She was always in control of her actions, as far as we have learned. MC on the other hand has true psychotic episodes with full blackout+dissociation+hallucinations. They seem to be distinct conditions to me, but similar enough that they can relate re: struggles with mental illness.

It's actually never confirmed that Alex and Izzy are half sisters. It is heavily implied that they are but you are actually given the choice to assume that they are or ignore the possibility. It was actually a choice in the game. So no, I didn't forget. It's actually not confirmed.

As far as the MC and Izzy being related, the hints are as follows:
1. Izzy and the MC share the same dream. It goes a lot deeper than just sharing anger issues.
2. Izzy's mom has said several times that the MC looks just like Boris did at his age. Yes, I know she isn't the most reliable source, but since we're all taking her word that Borris is Izzy's father, maybe she is right about this as well.
3. Borris has taken the MC under his wing, despite not knowing him all that well. That combined with number 2, has led me to speculate that the MC is Borris and Agatha's secret love child along with Izzy. We don't know anything about the MC's family plus he and Izzy share similar traits as well as a somewhat similar appearance with regard to their coloring. I don't know if they're twins or a few years apart since I'm not sure about the MC's age. Although the dream sharing thing makes me think they're twins.

Obviously this is speculation, but I think it is definitely possible that they are all related. Plus, just look at who the dev is. Incest is kind of Ptolemy's thing

That's actually not the case. As far as I remember, the MC doesn't hallucinate. He has rage induced blackouts and nightmares. It has been said that Izzy has the rage blackouts as well. Also, as I stated in my post, they share the same dream.

That's a good question and I'm not exactly sure. It was several updates ago and my memory kind of sucks at details. I just remember that after the MC had one of his nightmares, either he got in bed with Izzy or she came and got in bed with him, and she mentioned having a nightmare about the same thing that the MC did; the darkness and the desert looking place that he always dreams about.
