Although This game will be the new game taking the place of "Dreaming of Dana" on the monthly update.

I would not say he's obsessed with DRM. I think it's more of him wondering where all his Patreons have gone.
Yes, It's not small but to him, and the team we are working on 3 to 4 different games at one time so when we look at games that put in way less work pulling in 5 or 6 figures. The other part was he wanted to make enough to quit his real-life job so he could put more time into his games. For now, though we are trying branding the games with patreon buttons and links. The server is there but we are still releasing downloads.

I have no idea where his patrons have gone but has he considered that some of his loss might be due to IR? 4 star rating with 13 reviews but only v 0.4 after 13 months. You guys have been clear that it's a side project but some folks might have gotten tired of waiting.

Another thought - when comparing income for other games, has he compared the games i.e. looked at what about those games is different (or not)? My only point is that the amount of work alone isn't going to give answers.

Shouldn't the "Overview" of the game give us, I dunno, an actual overview of the game instead of a "what I'm up to" from the dev? Can't decide if it's worth bothering with if I have no idea what it's about, right?

AFAIK there isn't an 'official' overview/synopsis yet, when there is one or if anyone wants to write one let me know and I'll update it.

He's just finished his flagship game so of course there will be some instability while he finds his audience for his new game, that's to be expected.

Of course, compared to DoDana there's little content in this new game so far.
Also, the first part (was it called demo?) was somewhat interesting for me, but now not so much any more.

For me to play a mob game with the MC who switches to "berserker mode" at times, has little appeal, even if I play it as a puppet master, it's just not interesting for me. It's just me of course, but I suspect that there may be others who feel the same way about it.
Compared to DoDana, Intimate Relations or his other games so far, this is a completely different genre after all. The audience may be less of the same crowd that liked his previous games.
This game may gain the same amount of audience eventually, but it'll take about as much or maybe a little less time than it took for DoDana and it won't entirely be the same people.

Overview:
On a different note. The response I got for the post Dana game prologue were pretty positive. I'm sharing it now with everyone, so that all suggestions and objections are noted and addressed, before I start work on it in earnest. Please note that it's a prologue. Just introducing people to the story, and some of the main characters. And that it's an alpha, so it's not finished. There's quite a bit of polish left to do. The way I'm thinking is that this will replace Dana once it's finished, with IR becoming my co-main project. If that makes any sense. Lots of people seem to like IR, so I'll try to give it more attention. But all this comes after Dana is finished.​

I don't understand why this game is called Alexandra,you only see her at the beginning of the game then the game changes and becomes a major grind.Once you kill the two guys your buddy goes away,Allexandra goes away and you go to grind city,clicking on one area after another,repeating this day after day.I liked the start of the game but this grind is starting to get me down,it's just not that interesting!

I don't mind a bit of grind, but when I constantly get the runaround EVEN on the easy collections, it gets way to stupid.
I know i have to train and i do, but when i spent 2-3 days during the week getting the runaround its pretty difficult to get anything else done.

You got to train the first 4-5 days then go get the easy collection as much as you can because you need 2k to pay him on Sunday.
Train in the alley for the 4-5 days.

Chose #3 and hit enter then in game "shift d" for the variables you must get a point or money before it will show for the first time.

This will work in all renpy games just put a copy into the main folder and then double click on it and chose #3 and hit enter and it will put the files where they are needed, some games require you start them up first then exit and then do this.

Another thing you can do is hit shift + O and then type in dir() and hit enter and that'll pop up all variables in the game but you'll have to search through everything to find the ones you need.

Have to say, while I liked the intro, I was starting to get skeptical when I saw the LoP like set-up, but I shouldn't have been.
Ptolemy comes through, not only delivering hot rendered girls, but also a storyline were you have feelings next to the porn.
