You can edit the save. In addition, there is the item table in a previous post.
The save is located in the dir "C:\Users\<your_user>\AliceAwakening"

several months of silence, then bang, have Stable 0.4.1 and Dev 0.4.2 (Tomorrow people, hold your horses until then!)

*Edit for those that want to know more*

0.4.1 Stable Changelog:

• Continued story line
• Added new character - Megan, that will come back from her trip, and will live with you and Alice
• Added story scenes with Megan and Alice
• Changed and fixed something I don't remember

0.4.2 Dev Changelog:

• Added new scenes and options for "New Phase Events" with Alice
• Added gifts as items, that you'll be getting every morning
