Dont bother lad, that is another scammer trying to profit off an abandoned game. Just enjoy the current content that is out and don't worry about the others that shill their corner store version

I haven't spent a dime on their stuff, I look at it like this, only give the money when they deserve the money, but I'll give them a chance to show they've actually put time into the game. I'd rather a game over a manga tbh, but people are going to do what they want to do regardless, so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I can uderstand your concerns but i followed hentaku's work since the beginning( even before subscribestar page) and he truly wants to make a good game but they are just few people (2 or 3 max) so they need time.
I'm not saying that you must give him money, that is your choiche and nobody is forcing nobody, but before say that he's a scammer let's wait for an actual demo, obviously the more money he do the faster he can release things.

Tbf they have all right to call them scammers for asking for money with no project being out, there's high risk with no reward, but I check up to see what progress has been made once in a while. It has been a month now since he said anything (at least on f95) maybe they have updates on their twitter and substar, but I'll just let them do their thing if it's fake it's fake who cares.

This. I'm more worried about the OG dev than this new group. If it comes out, awesome. They proved the naysayers wrong and ended up doing more than the OG dev. If it was in fact a scam, whatever. It was sus from the get-go which is why I never even thought of supporting them. OHG didn't make it any easier to digest with their really bad PR so yeah that's my stance.
as i said nobody is forcing people to give money to them it's your choiche, it can be a non usual method asking for money to help a project grow before showing a demo but this is his first game and maybe he just need to learn how to advertise his game too, like a cars seller that want to sell you a car.
Anyway look at the subscribestar page for pots etc primarly and i'll say once again, i'll wait for a demo before judge their work.
Obviously pople can do want they want, believe that he's a scammer etc but before doing any judgement i would wait for a demo.

It's either you're confused or I am, but we're talking about the people making the remake (I think
lol), but it does seem like ecchi is making a new game and was announced in February. Games take a long time to make if you care about the game you're making. As for this ecchi dudes background, I know nothing of him. So if he is a scammer, sorry to hear that.

I've had my eye on Cien since last year, and I've been keeping an eye on it, just in case, but of course, when it came time to release the game, he ran away.
I was just looking for a game and saw this thread and got so upset that I said something.

If I remember correctly, he said a demo either in late 2024 or early 2025. If that doesn't happen, just don't expect this game to ever get a remake. Idk, Q4 2024 and all he has is a few line drawings, I can not see that being a completed demo within the next 3-4 months.

oké i wasted around an hour clicking rooms waiting 10 years to just click the same room again, not knowing what i am actually doing.
