I didn't forget, there's no way to forget, especially since I just did this ending. And a good part is when your ex-fiancée, who abandoned you, shows up at the club, and this redhead puts her in her place.

if I remember correctly - while on Mary path don't go for threesome with Stacey, cause if she lives - you get the bad ending with her
yeah, ending with Stacey requires a lot from us to do including some sad events...
but it's one of a few games where I can say that ending with a particular LI was indeed rewarding/satisfying.
also I played the game on steam long ago, but she is still easily in my top-5 redhead LIs
ending with Tonya was hilarious, if you didn't get it - recommend to try)

I loved Tonya's ending; it was the most unexpected possible. I finished after 6 hours of playing, completing all possible endings. Yes, on my non-Mary paths I chose to not start anything in the first place. I thought that was the safest for my balls. I love Stacy, but on a non-Stacy path, she scares me.

I almost got, I started things with Mary but then stoped it, I expected smth like this, so when Stacey didn't come and stoped responding, it felt off - so I reloaded the game to be safe.
surprisingly, I spent 14hrs on it, thats a lot, I know, though I liked the game and tried explore different opportunities/scenes without guide, only used it in the end, also I replayed my fav endings few times each at the very least
as for mini-games, the volleyball mini-game was annoying indeed, considering that you have to go through it over and over again

What was the point of being able to tell Freddie about not wanting to go out for drinks, twice, only to then have the MC force himself to go at the end? no point of having it be a "choice" if it's just an illusion. If I don't want to go, don't force me to go.
Ended up going for what, a bj? I just quit the game once that happened... like oh, throwing in a forced bj scene with some chick I could care less about... not for me.

Congratulations on your work. I loved your game and really enjoyed achieving all the achievements and following your paths. I tried to find another game of yours on Steam but couldn't find any. Do you plan to release it there later?

Not currently on Steam - atm only patreon. (And here technically I guess). I've just started the process of adding the new one to steam, but it'll be quite a while (months at least) before it's available there - and then it'll only be EA. It's a pretty long game (planned). I started work on it just about this time last year, and so far have completed 3 chapters, currently working on the 4th.
It'll likely end up on steam some time after the CH4 release (Possibly before C5, or possibly along with C5. I'm not sure yet, it honestly depends how long everything takes). It'll remain EA until the game is done - current plans put it between 10-14 chapters, though I can't be sure yet. Either way it'll be a couple years before it's fully completed.
On the other hand - with 3 chapters out so far, it already has surpassed the entirety of Alive in total render count, so to say it'll be a bigger game is a bit of an understatement.
I feel like this game started with a lot of ideas, then became too much to manage and went to a quick (although very complete) ending to stop working on the game. What is the point of the phone? What is the point of the minigames? Didn't look at the source code but I feel like this wasn't explored enough.
I like the game though. One of the rare games where the girls gets along with each other but where an harem route does not exist.

The point of the phone? To provide text messages. The rest of the phone, to learn coding in renpy. The phone is a bigger part of my new game - but I couldn't do the stuff I'm doing with it now (Including some new features coming in the next release) if I hadn't learned how to do it properly in Alive. Atm in the new game it provides text messages, plus a few apps related to the story - in future releases I'm adding new functionality and stuff to it. I had to learn to walk before I could run.
The minigames can be disabled - but if enabled, they actually affect the story pretty significantly.

Wow that's nice, I hope you've learned a lot of things! I actually won all mini-games and training by balancing strength/endurance as it was recommended at the beginning. I did not understand how it affects the game from the story itself, but your explanation makes everything clearer. Looking forward to what you do with your new skills

How do I get an ending with Stacy?
No matter what I try, for the life of me the only endings I'm getting are either Mary Solo or my character killing himself after Mary dumps him?
By looking at the gallery I know at the very least there's a Stacy solo ending, not sure if there's a Mary+Stacy ending but no matter what choices I make I can't seem to unlock anything else, Ive attempted playing a clean game, used the mod linked in OP and tried URM + UCD.
Does the Itch version include the walkthrough or is it exclusive to Steam? cos I might be tempted to buy just for that alone, imo the game is probably worth the 11 bucks but Id rather not have to own it on Steam

There is no Mary/Stacey ending, you can only get Stacey end if Mary is dead.
It's been so long, I'll try and remember to get Stacey End
Date Mary, and turn down everyone else every single time.
Always choose the pro Mary choices (the key is being good boyfriend to Mary).
Don't automatically do all the Stacey choices, she gets the shits with some of them. For example I didn't offer my bed (I did watch her in shower).
Do encourage Freddie to focus on work. Basically, be a good friend to Freddie, and treat Stacey as a friend (apart from a perve).
Do the threesome.
When Freddie is shot, take on the stalker, don't die.
(I used Rush Him, Go Low, Power Jab, Kick His Ass).
Erin will shoot him. And then you find Mary.
Can't think of anything else of the top of my head.
