I'm in the process of making a RPG Maker Game and I love Koikatsu's style and my OCs work sooooo well with it.
So I was wondering if using Images taken in Studio to make Cutscenes/HUD elements is legal ?

That's a hard question with a looong answer, but to keep things short, as long as you don't sell your game (For example, selling it on Steam or Epic) and stick to the classic method here (Patreon and Subscribestar), you should be fine. That doesn't mean that doing it that way is legal, but there is a difference in between what's legal and what'll take you to court.Hello everyone just a quick question

For example, there is a parody game called Amity Park. The author and the company behind that TV show have said that using their characters for porn isn't okay, that doesn't mean that the author and the company behind that TV ever tried to take the game down or take the dev to court.

Just found the thread and wanted to ask if someone can recommend me games with koikatsu/honey select (or whatever its called) with models that look something like this ? (over the top lewd female characters)
Its more so the Visuals actually. Most of the games on the list have kind off blurry visuals that ruin it for me. But this is very clean <3
