Said it before and i'll say it again, stealing something to enjoy yourself is one thing, stealing from someone else to make a profit from their work is a dick move.

How is not spending what I already have making a profit?
To make a profit, I would have to be getting more than I already have. Not spending it leaves me even.
If I was to pirate the game then sell it to other people, your point would have made sense.

well the art that is being used is good and to the creaters of the art work i give props on how good it is. i said something to someone that they could not sell a game on steam because they don't own the charaters they were using and they said they could because of this. As for the legally part, the answer is no as well. Due to the way DMCA is handled in the US. but i think there reading it wrong tho

The game is fairly unknown and has been a hobby game by the creator for years, only recently has the Dev asked for funding in order to have art created exclusively for the game. The game isn't being made for profit, and it certainly isn't a pay as you download game. Why would you even try making that argument with this game!
I shouldn't even have to explain any of this, nor the fact its obvious artists have a problem with their work being used when a game creator is making or made a game with copyright art, then charging money to download it.
And don't see why one person (me) responds then the enitre thread gets turned into a debate over something that has nothing to do with game play! What your saying makes sense with game maker(s) out to make nothing but money, by using copyright material, this game has been around for over 8 years and is a hobby to the developer.

So have they fixed any of the bugs the game has had and is there more quest finished. By the way did thay add more sex scenes as well have not played it in a long time. Think i stoped because of some of the bugs in the game and also because i was getting a little depressed be cause some quest were still not done. But i will wait tell there is more to it

Due to a postal service or moving service mishandling his shite,
the developer got stopped from continuing so far. Haven't heard
much from him since then which is a shame because I worked for
this game. Heck even helped the guy out occasionally checking
on errors and glitches.

so here was something i wanted to ask are the vister's to your castle missable and if so why do that because it would make a person have to start over witch is dum in my book. just hope it is not so and hope he get's a new computer so the game can get done. hope for all the side mission's to be finished too. lol
Okay, so lets try explaining this. If someone has five dollars and something costs five dollars, but you decide to download it for free, you are net positive five dollars. You just saved money.
Definition of "Profit" according to Oxford Languages is; "a financial gain, especially the difference between the amount earned and the amount spent in buying, operating, or producing something."
The difference between what you earn and what you spend is profit. SO if you cut costs you are profiting off of something. It does not specifically mean you have to make money off of something, simply that you spent less money to achieve an end or goal.

So if I spend nothing and I earn nothing there is no profit.
The rest of it you pulled out of your arse, that has nothing to do with the definition. I was already net positive 5 dollars to start with. Still having that 5 dollars is not making a profit, it's breaking even.

Yeah I think you are a little confused. If you had money in the first place it also counts towards your bottom line. Saving money in general is increasing the general amount of money you have, meaning the magical word "Profit". This site is still fully classified as piracy (unless the creator uploads the content themselves), so complaining about piracy on a piracy site is still a bit iffy.
As for your little fedora comment... your insecurities are showing. Might want to fix that.
