Not sure of the exact time it becomes accessible (likely after you got the job at lexcorp), you can go to chinatown ne corner in the evening and help some streetwalkers (on sissy path you can also become a prostitute yourself from 3rd time onwards). Part of the scene are bugged on beta path and use alpha path images.
Attached are my beta path saves (with explanation .txt in the save folder). The 3 different streetwalker scenes can be reached from 13, 15 and 17, but the saves are all at the start of the day (so you'll have to do maid action and arena(ww) to get to evening).
Use the menu (ESC -> equip -> outfit -> red wolf/green hammer).
Not a real walkthrough but some tips: The Alpha path has an early split (true alpha/alpha cuck) depending on if you do take barbara (batgirl) up on her offer. The Beta path has a late split (true sissy/tf dom) depending on if you remain defiant once your boss takes advantage of you.
Doable Time Advancing Actions (a = alpha route, b = beta route):
Morning:

There are some actions that do not take time (ie. giving money to the nuns (and getting milked once you gave enough)), and some side quests which may or may not take time. Also sometimes an action takes more than one time slot.

for frost:
Dont know how to trigger it (maybe I have to do some actions over and over, maybe only on true alpha route so far), but there are some pictures of circe handing you a dildo and a video of it being used on frost.
for WW:
After you defeated frost, go spy on the talk between ww and hyppo, back to the warehouse to talk to circe who will tell you to capture hyppo, after you have done that (and enjoyed her) a door appears in the house south of barbaras apartment, that is ww house. So far I've only gotten the fondling scene.
Is there any way to get futa mc? There are pics with mc as futa but in game you are either "sissy" or girl only

Well by what definition do you go for your futa? On beta path during the main story, you get your slightly feminine body turned even more feminine (new haircut, body slimming, breast expansion, shrinking your cock and iirc having it caged).

Okay so i went to the work at lex luthers company and approached the manager or whatever he is, the manager guy lost some Micro SD card, after you helped tryna find it i got the error: $gameSystem.windowTone is not a function. What is this and anyway of fixing it?
There might be a chance later in the game: after the transformation you can get the job at lexcorp where after a few days you boss tries to get a blowjob out of you. If your action choices remain defiant enough you'll get the 'tf dom' route. That's about where the game currently ends, so cant say how dominant you can get.

Thanks but i managed to get rid of it, it could be possibly due to me skipping the dialouge to quick lol
does anyone have an idea where to find the things to use of frost ... i captured her and can do things if i had the tools .. The other questions i have is does the Wonder woman and mother scenes advance or is it only touching them at this point ? In the beta route i only can unlock bj streetwalker scene .. does it advance as well or is that is for this version? great game so far .. only wish you could seduce the mermaid ... i've tried everything but to no avail .. any advice on these question would be appreciated .. tx

im at a end of the line kind of think.i got to the handjob part with the fat...excuse me*Thick* guy(im playing as a sissy btw)did the frost gang mission(but cant interrogate her...i dunno why)i also only have the option to either fight batgirl or wonder woman in the arena,always with the same result(either battling batgirl or getting fucked by wonder woman)i also encountered the hookers and the other amazone girl in white robes.i avoided the zatanna quest as it is kinda broken for me and yeah....is there anything i missed?
