The game will have just as much censorship as there was in Alvein.

You're going the wrong way! I mean it's only my opinion and all, but i thought that you should pursue the model which made you popular. And you're abandoning it here all together and going opposite direction for some reason(we all know it). Again, i could be wrong, but whatever, what do i know. I'm not making games, i'm just playing them.
PS: Thank you for the original anyways, it has soul in it and i had a lot of fun playing it. RIP

Yeah, new game looks like another summertime saga clone to join the 30 others. The dev being so weird about why Alvein was cancelled doesn't help either. Doesn't really invite trust, especially when they went radio silent for like a year out of nowhere
Looking forward to it. Alvein was fantastic and I'm sure the new game will be even better. Besides the OG project being abandoned in the first place, the only other thing I'm disappointed in is the characters attire in that preview pic aren't as interesting as the outfits in Alvein. Best of luck with it, and thanks for what your team has done for us gooners
Just like with Alvein we're making what we enjoy. It's not about what made us popular it's about wanting to create something
I don't know what was or will be more popular but I can make a game that reflects my ideas and the experience we've gained. Honestly Alvein started as a project to teach us how to make games. We went through a lot during development and you can see that in how the quests and characters changed. The 2021 build for example is basically unplayable now
If we had the chance to keep working on Alvein we would but right now the circumstances just don't allow it
Alvein only started getting more popular after we began dropping old stuff and adding new things. We've changed characters quests cut content rewrote scenes and yeah we got criticized but we also saw more people subscribing and the average rating going up. At one point Alvein was rated under 4 stars here by the way
Just let us show what we can do first and then judge. Alvein is just one game. There will be more and each one will be better. In the end Alvein is us
If I wanted to just make money right now I'd make a game about futanari pregnant furry and roll in money my guys

If the dev wants he can use the characters and content from alvein and publish it under a new name ( sorry if I am stupid) and rectify those circumstances . And if such an opportunity exists and dev dont want to continue alvein, states that he is abandoning alvein. But if the dev wants to start new project and follow his passion,then I am for it. Hope you will finish this game

Interesting, it's a shame that Alvein is no longer possible, BUT, the 2 projects you present look very good, good luck, hopefully these will come to fruition and we'll see them completed in due time.
Please no, between furries with deformed limbs and NTR with cliché plots made in AI this is getting ridiculous.

Probably talking about devs like TwistedScarlett making 13k/month on patreon. But I don't think its the genre that is making the difference. TwistedScarlett has multiple completed games, pumps out content consistently and has good communication with fans.
NLT also makes bank on patreon, and most of their games have a very similar genre to Alvein (implied incest with milfs). Again though, NLT pumps out content like crazy and usually drops updates like 2x a month.
If Alvein hadn't suffered from all the extended delays and Yni was deep into a 2nd or maybe even 3rd game by now I bet they would be making several thousand/month on patreon as well.

It's actually a much simpler reference, since it's believed that furries in general have money, since they pay large amounts of commission to various artists for drawings, it's that simple.

Should of just moved to subscribe star or something. They say "it's unsafe" for them and us, on their blog. Sounds like a load of BS. They should of just continued Alvein, instead of letting Patreon have their way with them. Waited so long for the 2 updates they said they were going to release. Extreme disappointment with them for their lack of interest and sense of commitment to their followers. At the very least, they won't see another penny from me. Took them forever to come out with v105 and they kept dangling it like a carrot and then going radio silent for half a year, then said it's just about ready, then radio silence for a full year. Then they released the update and said the next is basically done and would be released pretty much back to back, and then now they are dropping the project. What a joke. Can't in good faith trust them anymore. I don't give a crap what patreon whipped them with. Many others have moved to Subscribe Star with zero issues. Doesn't make sense that they would change their way, cancel development, and leave their followers hanging like that, unless they just simply didn't care about the project or their followers. At the very least they should release or leak the last update that was said to be done, instead of spitting in our face with two new games. One of them just being purely repurposed art, sloshed together in a new short game, that was supposed to be in Alevin.
They scaped it bacase of incest. But there are way around that even on Patreon - patches and so on. They dont want to risk it. More power to them. My problem is that Parteon keeps baning sfuff , first there was incest and bestiality , now they even forbit firries and antropomorfic sex. So what's the guarantee they wont forbit hardcore sex in general ?! And the devs will come out again and say "well sorry guys we dont feel safe doing it" . Oh please.
I get it for incest and bestiality. Like that's pretty commonly illegal, and it'll follow them professionally far beyond the reception of this game. Furries is a much grayer area.
I'd say you're exaggerating with the hardcore sex bit, but there's Texas and welp. Who knows what laws are going to change in the short term.
