Ok, it's been a good minute since I last played but I've played this game a LOT, but now when I move to boot it up, I'm getting this error.



I've got the Japanese language pack still. Not sure what's going wrong. Pretty sure it's not supposed to look like THAT though.

Are you starting it with AppLocale?

Not sure I've ever seen that before. Is that a new Windows feature, or is it a third party program?

Also, and just curious here, why would I need that now when I didn't before?

It's a third party app, just google AppLocale Locale Emulator. Because you need to change system locale, not just get the language pack I always used it.
