I thought the audio was really good in this game. The MC's voice is typical of this sort of game but to me was much less irritating than most. Even the cum sound common to these types of games is better. The game overall was pretty good...at least it kept me interested enough to keep going.

There's apparently " insanely strong equipment and items that you just can't get through, the last line of the README will tell you where to find the stash. " problem is I can't find the README thus I don't know where it is

I looked at 1.15 item/armor/etc files and said equipment exists there indeed , but i dont see it anywhere in the 1.13 version

Grind parasitic infection or whatever the stat is called until you start getting parasite specific events, and clear all of those. They will require you to go to stage 5 infection though, and going beyond stage 4 will prevent you from getting any humanoid H-scenes so make sure you do everything else before then.
