I think that is just some translation error or dev made some weird naming, basically you did go deeper in the dungeon.
Technicially, floor 1/2 etc. consist of multiple "floors". After going in deep enough, you will meet with the floor boss and after the fight you can go to the "next" floor.

So, it can be a bit spoilery but if you don't care, go see the ci-en post i linked in page 6 and use google translate or something similar.
TLDR is that it seems you can go to some place and pay a little to supress tentacle kun for 3 days

First, get out of your prison room, then seduce (interact) with the goblin that is sitting beside the table with the blinking object, after seducing it, you can get the item on the table, a key.
After that, exit the house and go south, you'll find another house. Ignore the item on the table (at least I don't know how to get them). There's two treasure chest on the top left of the room, open them. Now you should have both both keys, a key for the collar and a key for the exit door
Weird thing, I get this when I attempt to enter the settings screen from either the home page or in game with an xbox controller, I can get in without keyboard if I haven't pressed a controller button yet. If I don't enter settings, I've only played for about 5 minutes but everything else seems to work.
Edit: Had tried search function but nothing showed up, after manually going through the thread seems this is a common issue among other bugs. Gonna leave this post up anyway as it was never answered and move on.

just move around to the dungeon hole and you should get the prompt to move through it again and it should fix it, note that the dungeon holes are quite buggy but can be exploited (like if you get an "event" while traversing it will bug out, and can make your character "intangible" (you go through walls and through enemies as well)
