Hey, not suggesting anything, but if a certain ENozg or ZorahMamora person were to make a dialogue patch for the certain incest-ier parts of the game, and then privately messaged one of the uploaders on this fine site to then share it in this thread, I'm sure no one would complain. Nor would any tyrannical, authoritarian organizations with P-names ever take notice of the existence of such a heinous patch, since it wouldn't actually be on their site (since, let's be honest here, they'd have no reason to do this much research about ONE patreon creator over MANY). In fact, you guys could even publish an update on the Patreon page to "denounce" and "condemn" this dastardly patch thereby also alerting the not-so-savvy patrons to its existence as well.
But hey, what do I know, I'm just a guy with a Patrick profile picture (say that 3 times fast) who happens to be cool with a little mother-son and brother-sister action.

I'm finally back, everything took longer than expected. Had to replace my keyboard and graphics card too but it's all better now and there has been a new update here too \0/
Apologies in advance, this post will be on the lengthy side and I'll use spoiler-tags abundantly.
I went with the new game (ntr) and read everything I came across, resulting in a proofread of sorts that’s in the spoiler bracket below.
It includes stuff that's been submitted since my post since 0.32a still has the typos mentioned before and having everything in one place seems easier. Considering the amount of writing there is in AP it's pretty tiny.
I'll post impressions while playing in a different rectangle.

On to additional thoughts on the actual game. I'll go in a rather random order and start with the 'bad' stuff. Things that seemed a little off but are no big deal all things considered:

It just looks weird to me, even with perspective in mind, but it's your game and your art-style of course. And I *do* very much like the art-style, it's just when the sprites get undressed... Imho, they don't need real anatomy and I've never seen an example where this mix worked out.
Compare to Jazz being in the bath tub, that looks a lot better in spite of skin. And what's with the skinflaps?
A shadow, a rib-contour? Call me a contour-hater but I do think it looks better like this:

Like TheDevian I'm not using twitter either and I don't know about insight, but I can give a little feedback.
To be honest, I think "A Saga Of Sorts" is too vague for new people, as well as for those who don't get the reference. It makes _me_ think of Vikings, so if it's staged in that environment count me in ;D Would require at least some sort of time travel tho...
Hard to make suggestions with little detail. Is it a city or village? Big or small cast of characters? Is the protagonist young/old, male/female? Which fetishes are involved?
For staying non-descriptive and tame for Patreon maybe smt. like this?

For if you're familiar with the project, Summertime Saga is my biggest influence, thematically wise. The MC would be male, around 22, and have some similar appearances to that of the artist Zack Villere, along with aspects of his personality. I feel his laid-back type of weirdo attitude is the good semblance for the MC to have. Physically built though, he'd probably have a little more mass. He works out, but doesn't walk around in shorts and wife beater like so many MC's as well as other tertiary characters do in some 3D games I know of. Here's a quick guide: I'm banning the words "Dreams, Tales, Desires, Destiny, Fate, Town, City, or Torn" be apart of the game. The next one I did, I did it like Rocky and Bullwinkle, each chapter ended with 'tune in next time for...' two random silly titles, and then the next chapter would never use either of them, so I needed 3 titles for each chapter! And I hadn't planned it ahead of time, so I had to come up with them all as I was editing them into chapters (was going to be a one shot, my so called 'short story', only 600k+ words...

Well that's the issue, is that if you focus too heavily on the "Programming" aspect too much, that kind of takes away from the "Making a porn game" aspect. Seriously, developing is ton's and tons of programming, but there's a lot of other elements that require a developer's hand. Also, for the sake of our story, the MC is kinda like "Okay, I have this great idea to make my OWN adult game!" and his friend's like "Okay, well, do you even know how to make one?" and the MC realizes from the very beginning that he only knows how to draw 2D models, backgrounds and even a little bit of animation and provide story "IDEAS". He's an artist, but he doesn't know how to do PR, code, write good dialogue, have smooth animations, or any other large facet of a good developer. So, along with recruiting people and friends from his old hometown to be "Models" for his game to draw and put in his game, he'll also meet people who can help improve and help run his game better. I was just thinking coding for the programming side, as part of the title, of course there are many important aspects. He is off to a much better start than I am!
I can't really code or draw too well, I'm more the designer/writer type myself.

Some of these questions are technically rhetorical, more to make you think than anything else, but I am happy to continue brainstorming with you as much as you like, so answer whatever you care to.
It also depends on if you want him to do 'every' aspect himself, or get help for some things, and if so, how involved do they get? Does he eventually build a full team, or try to stay a mostly solo act to the end, like Akabur? He could start off trying to do it all himself and then you can either have him build a team, or go out and learn the right skills, getting tutored on the way.
Another thing would be is the entire game revolving around him making one game, or starting with one kind of crummy game, and working up to a masterpiece?
As a good porn game, I also suggest that as few other helpers are male as possible, not only the models, but anyone else. Male friends tend to take away from a good harem game, and make some people leery about how they might get in your way. It's one thing if you are using an establish IP, like Danny here, but for an original game, it's best to limit that as much as you can IMO. It's nice when you have the option to bang basically everyone.
Do you plan to have minigames or grind, or is it going to be all decision based?
Are the romantic relationships going to be mandatory, or optional?
Can you build a 'harem', or will you need to choose between certain people?
Even building up your own character, this could be done by learning skills/stats (grind), or through a decision based system. Both can be done well or poorly.
For him, he won't have to choose something like Daz or Honey Select, being a traditional artist, but you could possibly have him start off with a free program like paint or gimp, and work up to something like photoshop, which costs a lot, but will speed up work and give him much higher quality results. Starting off with full scene pictures (maybe drawn by hand and scanned in), and work up to paper doll sprites. Possibly even getting voice actors, a musician, and so on, if he doesn't learn them himself.
Another idea could be that he learns all of these skills, not so much so he can be a master of all trades, but to be the best team leader he can be.
I imagine it progressing as any story with a "strong" protagonist leading it should. I think there'll be several parallels between how the character's interact and correspond with the MC. They'll all, for the very most part in varying stages and degrees, have their own past relationship with the MC. You were on the money when you named out titles that had to do with the idea of "homecoming." Nobody's seen or really heard of MC minus his two notable friends back home, along with his two brothers and his dad and Mom (who lives in Japan, I'm making clear to the audience it's just NOT gonna happen). So when people come back and visually see him, they'll definitely notice that he kind of cleaned up his act and looks totally different (there'll be a nice introduction to the start of the game that'll explain what his motive is and his backstory, very similar to SS, but mine'll be skippable for returning players.)
Yeah, turning the skipping unseen text option on, even just for the intro, is ...uncomfortable at best, I always feel like I missed something, but not enough to read it all again. ;p
So, did I get this right, his family moved away a while back, and now he has come back more or less alone? A bit standard, but it works. Nice to have him living alone to start as well, maybe have him move into a place (even his old place), and turn it into his studio. If you are not going to do the family, best to have them out of the picture so less people beg and plead (I know if there is a hot woman in a sex game, I want the option to do her, I don't care about the details, well, I mean I do, I want a good plot/story, etc. but I mean I don't care about who they are related to, what we have to do to accomplish it, or whatever, though there seem to be some lines for me, can't screw over dad in Milfy City to do the twins, I guess they are not hot enough for me to do that to dad).
Having been in Japan certainly means he could have a strong influence from their VNs and maybe some of his friends could be from there... Perhaps the two you mentioned came with him from there and move in with him in his family's old home, as they plan their new lives (either as a team or not).
