That's not bug. It's mistake in the process of walkthrough. You broke the sequence of actions, probably, and it happened long before the last update. A lot happened between the last version and 0.88, if my memory serves me correctly there were some changes in the first parts of the game, corrections of critical mistakes etc. Did Rei pay you 500? If not, then there was a mistake on your part when going through version 0.88. It's a long outdated version, no wonder the saves are behaving strangely. Your best bet is to go through the game again, with the walkthrough mod (it minimizes the chance of errors in free roam mode)

atm mc has fucked his ex-boss (although that was quite rapey but at least he got paid with 500 bucks) once (will fuck more in future), fucked architect twice, had sex with semi-ex-gf once, at least hj from nurse so not that bad in so short time (game time).

MC got rid of the man who wouldn't let her sleep with the help of antidepressants, they had a nice talk over breakfast, a few days later MC got the project in hand. He didn't have sex with the builder - MC is heterosexual and the builder is a man (joke):) What is clearly looming is sex with the furniture maker's wife, it will probably happen in the next 2-3 updates. The incidents in the hospital I don't count - that's not sex, that's kindergarten.
As for narrative - for you there is no story in the game, for me there is. Judging by the question I answered above, the person was more suitable for something like "23 Sisters" - no story (or rather extremely stupid, as it should be in porn), but a lot of sex.

Id finished all the content from last update, but still only 3 bonus scene are unlocked on its phone? Is it bugged?

There should be four of them. You give link on practically ideal walkthrough, don't knew it exist, thank you! What about missed scene there is possibility that you missed some event (that's why I always use walkthrough mod - It's not 100%, but at least a 95% guarantee that you won't miss any triggers, especially in free roam mode. And use this excellent text walkthrough for a safety. And I think the mistake is somewhere i the walkthrough of last two updates/ Or you can load save file from archive (14-5-lt-1) It's the current final of the game, you'll see all 4 bonuses.

Why not? Everything should be optional, so we want that as an option, for everyone to go riot!
ofc only if the builder is a virgin, I mean was a virgin before sex with hetero MC.

I doubt it. Judging by his name and appearance, the builder is a native of Levant or middle Asia, where European/North American trends are not in honor. I visited Iran, Turkmenia and some other countries, so I know what I wrote.
PS: alcohol (even beer) is banned in Iran, however, there are Armenian restaurants/cafes in Tehran where you can enjoy Armenian brandy and pomegranate wine. In general, it is a very interesting country.

Any news about next update? Dev sticked to 2 months release period before, but last dev patreon update post contains info about mid of Jan 2024, is it anywhere actual? :) It is weirdly quiet, no info...

As I understand, team of developers are russians, their holidays look like this: January 1 - New Year's Day, January 7 - Christmas according to the Julian calendar, January 14 - New Year's Day according to the Julian calendar. And even atheists do not refuse to have a drink on January 7. So I think that we should not expect the update before the end of January or the beginning of February.
