Yes, to be honest I have mixed feelings about the Melissa situation. While I don't think the MC could have fired her due to Todd having blackmail material on him, I'm not sure how I feel about the MC's treatment of her. I do think she is sexy and I do want the MC to keep fucking her, I know that much. However, I wish the training would have involved more punishment. She had too much control for my taste, letting her be untied during the dildo section and the strawberry section in general as examples were just too tame to be considered training. Also fucking her to the edge of orgasm and then stopping while she was bound and couldn't masturbate would have been more punishing than simply not fucking her.
I'm also not sure how to feel about the MC and Melissa's interactions after the training. MC takes her out and she actually starts to open up to the MC and you can kind of see the beginning of character and relationship building, but then the MC treats her like shit and says it was all just a taste of what she could have had.
I get the need for punishment and as the wife says to 'show her her place', but wouldn't having her fall in love the MC be more useful? I don't know, I'm a bit conflicted when it comes to her.

PS. I don't really mind Todd that much to be obsessed about destroying him to the detriment of having sex with hot chicks. At least in chapter 1 that I've been so far, he's not that bad. Sure, sure, some light blackmail. It happens. Yes, I dislike him and want the MC to triumph, but he's not too high on my list.
Another thing: I don't see the MC as some mastermind mega-alpha. He got his shit handed to him quite easily, by the secretary he didn't really trust in the first place. He did some shifty embezzlement, got caught by a smarter SoB (Todd) and then he spent a week not-fucking his secretary. The game even starts with the premise that despite what the MC wants, he's not that special.
Sure, he's a good in his job. Apparently, he's not a good in hiding his tracks. He's not a master of intrigue and it shows. It very very clearly shows.

Honestly for me, just hearing one of Todd's 'fucktoys' saying that MC's dick is sooo much better than Todd's would pretty much make it worth it.
Ok, let me start by saying that using logic in a porn game will not go over well, but as I said I'm here for a good story not just mindless sex.
Lets start with Melissa she is the MC's secretary and wouldn't have access to the info needed for Todd's blackmail attempt, she would need to be his assistant or more likely his executive assistant to have access to that info unless the MC gave it to her himself which would only paint him as an idiot. As for Todd and his attempt to blackmail the MC, that wouldn't work in real life the MC has nothing to fear from the info that Todd is using to try and blackmail with. The MC is a golden goose and would have countless people trying to headhunt him and his own board would have given him a raise without question to keep him around, but even if for some unknown reason they didn't and he told Todd to go fuck himself it at most would have cost him his job but they would not have pressed charges as they are a public company and would not want a hit to the price of there stock.
I could go on with all the holes in this story but that is enough of a rant that no one asked for in the first place.

Pretty good. Not gonna lie, I was pretty pissed off that the MC went straight back to fucking Melissa until Dominique was brought in and God damn, I don't usually go for darker chicks but she is one hell of a beauty (and her dominant nature is REALLY fucking attractive).
As someone mentioned before, being able to skip seeing other dudes' dicks would be dope, but that's really the only current flaw in this game.

However secretary, assistant, and executive assistant are all names for the same thing just different level of pretense so the argument that she wouldn't have access to the blackmail info isn't accurate. Where else do you think Todd got the info from? Clearly the MC isn't great at covering his tracks so maybe he isn't good at choosing a password either, who knows? Also as far as the MC's company, he is a golden goose to the extent that he has profitable ideas, but he doesn't seem all that great at business. He lost the chairman seat due to loosing his board, though that issue may be due to outside interference from whoever is pulling Todd's strings, I'm sure about that part yet. Either way, his position in the company is not completely secure and he is playing risky game at this point. He has to hold off Todd, figure out who is pulling Todd's strings, and all while taking back his own company. So yeah, he's going to need all the pussy he can get.
A secretary and an executive assistant are not the same thing in a fortune 500 company I have worked in this industry for 17 years, a secretary in this case would be the in office receptionist for the CEO and would not have access to anything that doesn't fit that job(C-Level execs work very differently than middle or lower management), a Executive assistant would have access as they are authorized to make decisions in the absence of the C-Level execs they represent.

Not disputing your point, I've worked in healthcare for the past 13 years so fortune 500 companies are not my world, but how do you know which one of these Melissa is? I don't remember seeing if she is sitting at a desk in the entry office or if she is his ex assistant. Also again, logic in porn...
I thought it said she was his secretary, but now that I think about it, that could have been a post I saw someplace, I'll have to play again and see.
Edit: Ok, so Todd called her the MC's assistant so in theory she could have access. Though given the fact the MC also said he hasn't given her more responsibility it seems odd that he would allow her access, but that is a moot point as the ship has already sailed so to speak. Yeah I was wrong not sure why I thought she was his secretary.

Read-only file system is probably an issue on your part. Sometimes on Unix system you will get errors like this because of inconsistencies, or simply permission issues.
Anyway, the script in question does nothing so you can safely delete it, afterwards the game should work fine.

I hope that Todd fucking every hot woman in this game won't be a pattern (if it isn't already) because I already lost interest in two women (Melissa and Veronica) I'd normally find attractive and would be my main "targets". They would be three, but Natasha has something weird going on with her face that puts me off. Something with it's shape maybe? I'm not sure. I know I've been giving shit to this game, but it's only about things I feel they don't make sense with who the MC is supposed to be. I wouldn't waste time in something I don't like, and everything I write is obviously completely subjective, so people should play the game and draw their own conclusions. I really appreciate the fact that the devs are active here and that they'll give us the option to skip sex scenes with certain characters.
