The patch is for those who have the game but it is not on the R1 patch. If you are downloading the game fresh then just download the game.

Also there will be another patch out eventually with a completely redone translation. I am not working on it heavily though thanks to COVID but it will get there eventually.

Another update:

I have finished the majority of the Games main story (The adventurer route) there are only a few more common events to do for that then it is on to the endings and what I call the "slut events" (The route where you fuck your way through the game rather.)

After that it is on to the map files which are probably the smaller issue to deal with. So one thing I did come across when dealing with T+= and the map files is the problem of text overflow. I have a script that SHOULD fix this automatically however there is a chance that this doesn't work and text overflow is a problem. For this reason I think I am going to shift focus from doing the common events now and work on the map files and finish them and put out a Beta to test. Also will give you all a sneak peak at the quality and you can provide feedback to see if I am on the right track.

I admit I haven't been very active in this thread as I have been helping out with other projects and dealing with personal problems still. Excuses aside I will finish this project and it will come out. I am going to bust my ass to get it done as soon as possible and every free moment will go to the project.

Thank you all again for being patient. I know it sucks to have to wait for this but I hope it will be worth it for you.

Yeah I am good. I am around this forum quite a bit helping out with fixing released MTLs so they are playable. If a new RPGM games launches you will usually see me chiming in on the thread :) The pandemic didn't take me out thankfully lol.

I am going to attempt doing weekly updates to detail progress.

Map files complete: 29/92
Common events completed:226/379* (there are some spaces that are not events in there that I didn't take out so the 379 is like ~20 or so less.)

Like I said I am focusing more on the map files right now. Once I have completed them I will put out a beta and then while beta testing is going on I will fix bugs and finish the common events. Then once that is done and I feel comfortable with it I will release the final product.

more updates to come. Going to be a bit more active on this translation now.

Also fun fact for those who might be interested. those common events the shortest ones require no changes, while the longest can have a few hundred lines of code. most of them have a few hundred lines. So if we assume 300 of those events have at least 50 lines to edit. It is about 15K lines of code to edit and honestly I would say there is more then that. That is just the common events alone. Map files is probably another 5K or so; Some games have even more. Not trying to stroke my ego just wanted to provide some background on what goes into making this happen lol. Game translations are fucking huge lol.

Correct me if I am wrong but from looking at you're dump you are using Wine to emulate Windows XP correct?

As with emulation there is never a 100% guarantee that it will work. Wine is notorious for being finicky. That being said you are also emulating windows XP. XP is NOT listed as a compatible OS for this game. The game is failing becuase your computer does not meet the required specs to run it. Please see the screenshot below courtesy of the DLSite page for this game:

This is a computer issue and not a problem with the game. I would recommend using an actual windows PC if possible or emulating a compatible OS within Wine. I have no interest or knowledge of porting the game to linux (or any OS for that matter).

That being said I am redoing the entire games translation from the ground up so if by some act of god that this was something created by the creator of this translation or my changes it might be fixed in the future when I release the new translation.

Just bringing this up, idk if other already did but my game freezes when working as a maid for the first time. It's at the part where you go back to the mansion owner's office and you hear some thumping.

New update: 43/92 Map files completed. I'm knocking out most of the small ones first.
Common events currently at like 230/379.

Not much progress made since my last update. Been busy with other smaller projects and doing uploader duties but I'm trying to knock out like one common event a day and a few map files. Slowly but surely I'll get there.

So The links that are posted here are an MTL done by someone else. I did some very minor work and shared it. I decided the game deserved better so I have been doing my own manual translation of it. I've translated the intro and much more since the upload.

What I am referring to is a complete overhaul of the Machine translation and the recreation of an official translation. I haven't used any of the old MTL in my work I've done everything myself.

Ah is the one you upload on the main page? Because i just downloaded and play it It's still on MTL is that not part of your translation on this game?

Yes it is still an MTL because I am not done yet. I'm probably not going to change the OP or upload the game till I'm done.
