I would put Andrew into a coma with weird dreams about Anna cheating on him. After he wakes up his memory is fuzzy. He can't remember why he was shot or what happened in the hotel room. He also can't really remember Anna, but fractions of his coma dreams and pieces of his lost memories will show up piece by piece.
Anna is afraid of losing Andrew and will try to make it up to him, but Andrew don't know what to feel. On the one hand there is Anna on the other hand he gets these horrible flashbacks, which makes him uncomfortable around Anna.
During his rehabilitation phase in the hospital he gets closer to a nurse (or another girl). Anna finds out about it and gets furious (Andrew cheats on Anna) and feels betrayed by him and wants to pay it back to him by cheating on him with other guys.

About the cheating tag it only makes sense if Anna has someone to cheat on, but to be honest, the only thing I want to see at the hospital is some action with the old doc and maybe some others patient

more doc scenes incoming. Nice! (but hopefully better than the one we had cause I think LotV’s doc scenes were far better imo)
would have voted that too cause of the doc and the possible caretaker/nurse role. Otherwise I would chose to definitely get rid of him.

Agree with you. the Dev. made Andrew the biggest small dick idiot bf in the history of porn games. So the last scenes with him have been so pathetic, even for a porn game, you can only shake you head and make a face palm. The are a few other games where the bf/husband is still smarter and more big dicked. And cheating scenes are more fun to watch.

Andrew should be kept, possibly in a coma, or going from hospital to a convalescent home or rehabilitation centre. He could lapse further into the background. I thought the suggestion about memory loss was a good one. There are a number of posts which suggest his being written out could somehow "liberate" Anna's sexuality. WTF? Talk about superfluous. This is a woman who has sex with her boyfriend's father with the BF right there, next to them. Anna has sex with men, women, young, old, black, white, working class, middle class, in private, in public etc. etc. & with no extra liberation needed. If her sexual appetite expands any more she'll be a danger to herself & others, (plus also very tired).
Andrew provides a much needed anchor in her life & also a figure to cheat on, for those who enjoy that aspect. Keep him in.
