Hey I have download Anna Exciting Affection chapter 1 and played like half an hour and saved it and as I was keep playing the game crashed. I re-opened the game but couldn't load up my save beucase it was lost on the load screen. Why is this keeps happening do you have any ideas?

Compare games with other is very correct way to predict how Anna will end up (I hope not)!
and about Manila Shaw: is a great story and works fine also in Renpy ... in RPGM restart from the beginning a game is a mess.
The differences using RenPy or RPGM are:
1) The first one is very good for people that do not want play a game for 6 hours or more before understand the story!
2) RPGM is very good when you want stay in front of the monitor screen to explore places all the day long (and even the night)

but in the Adult game world it is assumed that gamers are no longer schoolchildren ... Renpy is more suited to the adult working public, and who don't have much time to devote to video games while RPGM is for young people who still ask for pocket money in family

so your "lmfao/s" are useless personal opinion as if you were superior or the sole repository of the truth..

the 2 platforms are different and the 99% of the renpy games can prove that!

If the people request to use RenPy is because they don't want play a renpy game that is very same as RPGM... they have the reasons I explained up
so this engine changing is a vary bad idea... Deep will be the First Dev that will disappoint all users... RPGM and RenPy lover will never been happy..
All RenPy users love to play by make choices and when the choice has been done the character goes automatically to the correct place without Maps.. or changing clothes requires clicking in doors where the wardrobe is locate...
those are the typical useless TIME-CONSUMING situation that will never be accepted by Renpy layer...
Also the "Journal" is useless too.. because the choices are more than enough... and if the choice is wrong you can always roll back... (this was the same error made in Fashion Business that was an RPGM game and it is still an like as RPGM but in super bugged renpy engine)

and more contents they will add in this future versions and more bugs will becomes evident.. (as it was for FB)

All games where Renpy Engine is used to imitate a RPGM mechanism comes with more and more bugs... (also from very expert renpy developers.

this is a game that was in Unity in the prequel...
when a dev force game to works as it was in a different platform on renpy he will get a lot of bugs
and in this last case he have to re-wamp the full game because the old version was unplayable...

This are only 2 example... that can prove what I'm trying to say.

Just my opinion of course.

Artificially added Repetitive stuff like changing clothes / showering has nothing to do with the Engine, that's entirely because of Dev having added it

Short version:

Renpy is for VNs
RPGM (or Wolf) is for RPGs

Fightless stuff - like VNs - is more convenient in Renpy,
obviously with Skip Unseen active
(anyone who has that disabled should consult a doctor)

RPGM is for Fight-based and Trap-based,
like in-battle-sex-attacks almost require RPGM,
and walking around with a character in leg irons or a hobble skirt requires Walking as well

Now I for one don't like the VAST majority of all Renpy games
-- but I consider Lilith's Taimanin games (VNs) among the best stuff ever made, but that's probably because they have that one special extra that's normally only found in RPGM games: The Heroine gets destroyed on a level that's just unheard of in ANY Renpy game


ALTHOUGH Fightless is easily better in RPGM (or Wolf) if it's based on walking around naked and getting spotted by NPCs, like Naked Order

About the rpgm and renpy:
The majority of fighting games (especially regarding asian ones) is just superfluous and annoying. Calling a game which let the mc change her clothes superficial is ridiculous but I can’t take defd seriously anyway.

you can make good rpgm and bad rpgm same goes to renpy. But renpy can be more immersive and relaxing if it’s done right. And deep really did that at least in his first update.

So you believe that anyone that doesn't skip the dialogue they haven't read yet in a story/novel should see a doctor?

Does that mean you believe a visual novel should just be a series of images without dialogue, with occasional points where you get to make a choice that alters which series of images to see next?
eg. A bit like a porn movie that occasionally lets you decide which scene (out off a limit set of alternates) to see next?

i like this version very much , but i notice a lot of people on forms are particular about tags , and also about the size anna has got during lockdown , so maybe if you can just include the tag superpowers because of the way a old guy that was around in ww2 can pick up the chunky chick like that at his age ,must require some sort of superpower considering the size she has become

Manila Shaw is not that bad in RPGM... because in the renpy Manila comes to be a fuck-fuck and I prefer RPGM that is more relaxing...
About Anna I only playied the RenPy Remake and now that Ch2 is in Renpy but made with a lot of time useless work on Renpy Engine to make it like it was a RPGM... the update contents is poor, the story is always at the same point of the Ch1 with no progress and the grind of the RPGM Engine is still there on Renpy.

This for sure was done to be hide the slow story progress using the same RPGM mechanism on RenPy. (that time should be used better in the story and renders)

Renpy is very good when the story needs different paths like 2 or more different games.

Anna character do not need different paths best female protagonist here from many Years.. up to version 1.7... or maybe also 1.8 update even if the contents goes down due to an understandable lack of ideas.

I'm really sorry that one of the best path was abandoned in the past.. the full NTR path on Andrew during selling drugs path was changed for Sergey... and the work in the Patrick and Jim night pub I really hope will continue...
but the Jeremy Path was great and was abandoned too

There are a lot of missing paths that I think will never be implemented.

So for NOW: RPGM ch1 is the best promising game with female protagonist...

I really hope my first impressions of the new episode will be proven wrong and I'll tell you for sure after the next future update.

Are you kidding me? Why to not has more then one following path - that's even better and it makes the game more interesting,just like Manilla Shaw:Blackmail Obssesions (which is on 1place best games together with Anna Exciting Affections)! And what do you expecting when now chapter one is completed and started the second one - do you think the developer can do and add all of the things which was happen to Anna in chapter 1 only with posting one update? That's not possible even for a professional since this is tones of work and also every one of this different things which happens to Anna ,except to be added need to be continued too,so this means more and more work and it's immpossible to be added just with one update - they will be added later in future and i am more then sure you can enjoy them again but we will need to be patient and wait the DeepSleep to add them one by one in futures updates!

I think you didn't play a lot of games if you think that only chapter 1 of Anna Exciting Affections is the best promising game here - like i already say Mannila Shaw:Blackmail Obssesions is also as great like Anna Exciting Affections and for me they both are on 1st place of top games,but there are a lot more games which are in the top list of best games here! I will tell you just a few because they are too many and i don't want to waste my time like list them all,so here are the few ones: Mad Turn; Angelica's Temptation From the Beginning; Fashion Business; Autumn Boulevard; Defenestration; Elena's Life; Good Girl Gone Bad; Happy Marriage; Lida's Adventure; Our Red String; Saturday Night; Sugar Daddies; Agent of Heels Misadventures of Agent Romanov.........Ok,i think that's enough of games which are in top list with best games for now - i can keep list them more and more but i don't want to do it right now!

About the look of Anna in this new "Chapter 2" - well,for me and i am also sure is for a lot of more people - this new look of Anna is much more great and i really love that! I am not saying that the previous was not good too since for me Anna and Manilla are the best for now,but i preffer the new look of Anna with that more bigger ass and bigger tits (well her tits are not much bigger then before but her ass now is great) - her face is not changed,there is only a makeup which makes it look that,her new hairstyle is also much better and the rest of her body is more better too(legs,hands,waist - better more bigger waist then too skiny and it's also better when her ass is bigger,her legs to be too,otherwise is not looking good big ass with skiny legs)!

PS: I like RPGM games too because is not only reading story and making choices but also moving around and playing like in normal game,but i don't mind that the new chapter was make it in RenPy - RenPy are good too and it's true that they are not so much bigger size like RPGM which at some point is good and that way you can download a few RenPy games instead one RPGM with size of 5GB 6GB or even 7GB (Mannila Shaw is almost 6GB - even in the unofficial RenPy too) ! Even that RenPy which is not full RenPy is good,because you still has a few options where to click and go instead only reading and making choices and i don't has any problem with that! The only one which i don't like are Unreal Engine!
