Ok, good! How can i do it? If i go to page5 i have my old saves from previous versions.

It might depend on when and where you saved the last time.
I played through the entire content Jeremy + non-Jeremy (Dr. Schmidt/Dr. Erika) and the only bug I saw were missing variables for Day 4 Gym and Office quest on non-Carl paths.

At one point I run run into a "phone-journey-save" glitch resulting in not being able to close the phone after loading the save.
The glitch happened on Day 4 after Gym scene after receiving Emily's text message while the journey got updated. See my attached save.

and last but not least how do u raise corruption up to 40?

No. All three are available.

Only possible on Jeremy-alive, Dr. Schmidt and all other sort of blackmailing paths.
I can only progress in Call carl
Did all of those still cant do things that require coruuption 40

I have 4 pages of saves--- because i save every choice to explore the paths
All old saves worked for me I have started to play at version 04 because i do not like the first 2 or 3 versions---
I was looking for a consistent update
but still the Job on Parker's bar is missing and this is a pain!!!
this is not a good continuation of the CH1 because there are a lot of plots that are still missing.

Yes, only Carl path works currently (due to a bug), but Taxman (foot fetish scene) and Earl paths are there. All three paths are still WIP and not fully developed.
If you can't reach 40 corruption points then you didn't pick the right choices. You will get a boost of +10 corruption points on Jeremy's blackmailing path. Here you have to choose the second choice to receive +10 corruption points. As soon as you reach John's hospital scene you will have enough corruption points to unlock the scene. (Note: There is no difference in content - all you get is extra corruption points (+2 instead +1).

hello everyone is it actually possible to achieve 40 points for corruption in the hospital? if so, can someone please tell me the way?

Started the game from the begining, and when Anna wakes-up on Thursday , the only quest in the journal its pornshoot at Dilan, but when i get to Dilan's it won't trigger., can someone send me a save just before the pornshoot please. And i have 39 corruption for Anna at this point, don't know if i mist some.

Wait for the bugfix being posted here to continue the progress on non-Carl path or go back and choose Carl to help Anna.

If you would just like to have 40 corruption you could always just edit the save file. It takes very little time to do so if you know how to do it. The save file attached to this post is the one from your post with just the corruption score changed from 27 to 40.
It takes very little time do that with a save editing programme or on webpage such as

Simply open the save file in the programme or upload it to the editing home page. Use a search function in the programme or your browser. Search for 'Corruption' and edit the number to the desired one. Then save or download the edited file. Put it in the correct folder for your game and there you go!
Doing changes like this is usually fine. I have to mention though that in rare cases the developer of the vn/game might have created things that will limit save editing or they might change something in a new edition of the game that can break your saves. I take no blame for such occurences or for any content one can miss due to editing saves.
Personally I like to skip grind so I just do an edit of a save file instead of fight 20000 monsters for exp and skip clicking a thousand times in game to gain 1 billion fictional currency from working. It saves me a lot of time and might keep me interested in the projects instead of dying of boredom from the tedious repeated actions.
It is also handy if you want to see all paths/content without having to start over.
