Download the save and play. It worked for me.
Also here is the same save.

I loaded the save and as a result all I can see is a telephone opened. I can not close it.

That wont help you get the scenes you miss. It just takes you past a ton of content to content from this update. You will won't see the stuff you missed. Maybe you should read?

It worked for me. I just put it in save folder and started from basement scene if i remember right.
