The Devs can do whatever they want, because it's their game. They didn't give you the choice to end it immediately, they gave you the choice to end it sometime in the future. As to why? I think that's fairly obvious. It would mean a route that was totally separate from Andrew, alongside other routes with him still in the game. And that means all the cut scenes with him in it, would have to be replaced with something else, and her relationship with John would have to change as well ( it would effectively eliminate him from that side of the game). It creates complications, that the devs would rather not deal with, at this point in the story and also increases the workload. Basically, delaying it, is much easier.
If you choose to leave Andrew, then any changes that may occur regarding him, won't affect you. My guess is, certain future choices regarding Andrew, will be blanked out, depending on what choice you made at that point. Just like some corruption and dominance choices are blanked, if you have insufficient of either.
So, I think there will be sex scenes between Anna and Andrew in the future, but if you chose to leave him, you won't be able to access them. Anna will just make an excuse, like she has in the past.

Easy, I was just asking you a question. I made no accusations towards you whatsoever. My thoughts were if I support a game I make my thought known to the developer on Patreon or subscribestar because I know they will see it and take the comment more seriously.

Yeah true, I've sent Deep a DM asking about rough direction, as to not spoil. But ep 16 I had to go back and chose, the male doc (whatever his name is), as I'd gone down the Carrie path, and wanted to see what the scene was. It wasn't much, but Carrie had no part so easy enough to do.

Yes, there was only one wallpaper for the month of May, Deep commented that there was no second wallpaper because he wanted to leave it to our imagination what happens next, maybe he invited us to give him some ideas.Now that is alot good tasty candy right there!

My guess is that it might be a future scene and he didn't want to give any more details so as not to spoil the surprise, it was strange to only get one wallpaper in May.
