Go to the nurse office when she is not there and blinds are closed and open them, you will find her naked and you have the option to take a picture.

Yeah, this scene was a bit dark for the tone of the game. We'd better have an option for Kate to get what is coming to her. I know this chapter mentions maybe Isabelle getting revenge somehow.
