i dont even know what that is tbh.. i just downloaded the game and played it. i used the newest versions everytime i tried it.

try to delete all data in game options menu. and do a fresh start. if thats not gonna help idk what could. u have some unique issue.
or try to move game to different folder or launching as admin...

yes, i tried doing it from save files from prologue then i done it from the start. but i have not finished prologue this time yet so will see soon if it works

Down at the bottom of the laptop in the middle, just below the screen, there's a little light. That turns off the laptop.
